I love vintage perfumes..anais anais its my perfume ..and i adore sun moon stars by lagerfeld and new west by aramis for her..love all your perfumes 😉😍
Hi Luke! This is like 'eye candy' for our viewing pleasure! 😁What a beautiful display of your perfume collection! 💛💛 Thank you for sharing this with us. It makes me appreciate my perfumes even more. We have so many scents in common! 😂 As always, thank you for another wonderful video. 😊
How lovely to see your collection! I have about 60-65 and I love them all. I don’t ‘collect’. I wear my fragrances and love them. I appreciate and love your channel, Luke. ❤️🌹
👌😋 Beautiful collection, and I can't wait for part 2. I'm on the same page as you re not having a museum and actually using your perfumes. I recently repurchased Allure and the body lotion, and it was like reconnecting with a long-lost friend. DHI is a beauty
Hi there, thank you. Allure is so beautiful and you’re absolutely right, rediscovering certain fragrances fells like reconnecting with a long -lost friend. Thanks for stopping by today.🙂✨
I treasure my scents too but I’m not afraid to use them. The amount I spray (5-15 sprays depending on the fragrance) would still be considered over-spraying by most people. Thanks for watching!🙂
@@lukeparfums overspraying for enjoyment is not what I was referring to , I’m classed an oversprayer to I am sure. Overspraying simply to get rid of is a different, wasteful thing .
@@Lunarangst I know what you meant. Well said.🙂 You replied to what I said about wasting perfume just to use up a bottle. I guess there are a few exceptions thought… when something goes off or just isn’t wearable anymore for whatever reason.
I will definitely be over spraying my scents. No point in having so much and not wearing then. Or sprayingbtgem sparsely as if they don't have a shelf life
Hello Luke !! It’s your friend Laura in Canada . Love the Collection you have . So far many are fragrances I also have . I too am like you . I buy what I like and can also truly afford as I too enjoy my fragrances . I try to make mine last but occasionally I do use up a bottle and if I truly love the fragrance I purchase another bottle . I’d say I have about 50 Bottles of Perfume . A Couple of them backup bottles of Scents I simply don’t want to be without and find them Discontinued or a Bad reformulation has taken place . The scent has been changed for the worse. Hope you’re well my friend in Vintage & Classic Fragrance you’re the Best !! Take care Luke . Always Laura in Canada ❤🌸🫶🏻😊🌺🌸🇨🇦🇨🇦
Hi Laura from Canada! 🇨🇦 Yes, that’s what it’s all about - having a curated collection and treasuring our fragrances. 50 bottles is a great number. I’ll show my backups in the next part. Take care, Laura! Thanks for your kindness and support!🙂🧡💖
Always love seeing your videos . What makes you truly wonderful here is that you are that rare Creator who actually loves and adores the Classic and Vintage Fragrances and are not into the Niche fragrances or All sorts of Perfume Houses I’ve never heard of Even . Which on CZcams is rare . Not a lot of CZcams fragrance Creators who have such a Love for the Vintage and Classic Fragrances as You do . This is where my Love for Fragrances Lies . I enjoy owning and wearing mine . Very much . I call you friend because of my love for your channel and our shared passion for vintage . You really are great for sharing your collection . I agree with much of your fragrances . Definitely catch the strong love for Dior & Estée Lauder . I have Hypnotic Poison, Joy from 2018,J’adore,J’adore L’OR the newest one. Also Love Estée Lauder . White Linen ,Beautiful ,Pleasures. I don’t have KNOWING only because I’m not sure of it . But I’m really wanting to get “ Yvresse” based on your reviews . You seem really positive about this one . This will be my next wishlist purchase . Sorry to ramble on . My friend take care now . Until the next one , Laura 🇨🇦🌺🩷🌸👍🏻
Such a beautiful collection! I’m only now realizing how many bangers Estée Lauder put out in the early days. I fell in love with White Linen and now I want to smell all the older perfumes. However, the older perfumes are now harder to find to test out in department stores. They seem to be available online, but not in stores.
Hi there. Estée Lauder created some of the greatest American classic fragrances. In my experience, EL counters always have testers available but never on display so you might have to ask for them.🙂
@@lukeparfumsI have asked them and that’s true they do seem to hide the older fragrances 😂. For the most part, where I am, scents like Spellbound and Cinnabar aren’t available for buying in person, let alone sniffing. They seem more focused on their creams and things at those counters. I suppose it makes the hunt much more alluring 😂
Oh, I suppose that’s true. They always have 15 bottles of the Night Repair serum (also lovely) and the Double Wear foundation on display. When I was still in the UK, I was able to test SpellBound in person. I really hope the rectangular line (classics) isn’t getting discontinued.
I have a huge overlap with your collection. I love the 90s classics! Your vintage Ysatis is wonderful. I used up mine and bought the recent version and it is not in the same league at all.
I was reintroduced to some of the classics by your channel - some I didn’t realize were still in production. I have a small “collection “ that includes fragrances from $40 to $400 and my favorite is my $40 Elizabeth Taylor Passion. I found Rive Gauche at a reputable online retailer and bought it for Mother’s Day, because it was my mother’s favorite when I was a girl. Unfortunately, it has changed and doesn’t last 🤦♀️ A fail.
Passion is lovely! I’m so sorry to hear that your new Rive Gauche didn’t last. When I tried it in store (I want to say two years ago) it was just fine. Thanks for watching!🙂
I've only ever used one fragrance as a room spray, that was a Lattafa. They aren't for me 😂 the atomiser leaked so no one else would ever have wanted it...
That makes sense. I don’t think most ME fragrances are for me either. I’m sure there are some that I would enjoy but I’m not ready to blind buy a bunch just to find out.😅
I bought a 100ml bottle of Oud Bouquet in 2020. I kept changing my mind about it. I liked the scent a lot (I even loved it at some point), but I didn’t reach for it often because most days it was too strong and oudy for me. Not to mention the rubbery opening… I only wore it a handful of times each year, so after four years of trying to love it, I decided to declutter it, as it was barely used and still worth a bit of money.
I first smelled organza way back in late 90’s it was strong and smelled beautiful so in2023 i ordered from fragrance x and now it smells soapy but not in a clean and fresh way…. And so did I order poem and it was a bigger disappointment did not last for more than 30 min ..
Thank you again for showing us your collection, it is truly inspiring!! 🙏👌😍 Out of interest, how do you find the newer reformulated Coco Eau De Parfum, do you feel it still lives up to its amazing reputation? I am very tempted to add it to my growing collection 😅 xx
It’s my pleasure. I feel that it does. I like both the reformulated EdT and EdP, the EdT being my favourite. It’s brighter and fresher than the vintage version which I also had and used up at one point. In my opinion, Chanel fragrances in general still maintain great quality. Thanks for watching!🙂🧡
@@lukeparfums thank you so much for your input Luke 🙏 It makes my decision much easier and I shall definitely be testing the edt version as well!! 🥰 Happy weekend ahead 🙌💫 xx
Sooo a quick update, I bought Coco edp and it is absolutely gorgeous on my skin!! Lasting power is way better than expected, especially on clothing, and even my kids said, hours later, how wonderful I smelt! It definitely has a motherly quality about it. I can't explain what exactly, but it also makes me think of my mum and huge, warm, reassuring hugs. I will be getting the edt asap, not just because the 80's style bottle with that big black cap is hugely nostalgic, but because it is also an intoxicating variation on the scent. Thank you again Luke for all your invaluable insights into these vintage beauties 😍🥰🙌 You are doing your bit to keeping them well and truly alive 🌹🙏Xx

Hello Luke...love your channel.... would love to know your all time signature fragrance? Just curious 🤔
I had several different signature scents in the past, but not one lately. Honestly, I could never choose just one signature fragrance. What about you?
