- VCT Americas has witnessed the birth of legends, the rise of underdogs, and a relentless pursuit of VCT supremacy. A collective powerhouse, the top 11 teams from North America, LATAM, and Brazil continue to showcase the peak of VALORANT skill, strategy, and sheer determination, with their sights set on continuing their reign as VCT Champions.
This year, the VCT Americas competitive season will be divided into two stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2. Each of the 11 VCT Americas teams will compete in a single round robin of BO3s scheduled across both stages. Stage 1 will consist of five weeks of regular season play, including one Super Week, while Stage 2 will run for four weeks with one Super Week.Teams were divided into two groups via a random draw, Alpha and Omega, based on their Kickoff performance. For Stage 1, each team will play all teams from the other group. For Stage 2, teams will play the teams within their group.
Anticipation for the 2024 season is at an all-time high, with the fiercest battles and most epic clashes just around the corner. Fresh off their Kickoff victory, Sentinels have solidified their status as a force to be reckoned with while G2 fights their way into the fray. Will Evil Geniuses take the Champions trophy for the second time in a row, or will LOUD bounce back for an epic international run?

s0m marved and demon1 would have conflicting roles, marved mains controller, s0m also mains controller with a little bit of duelist from him, and demon1 is basically jett+brim
@@DeltaBun Then NRG needs to make them play on other roles. Their aim and game sense is needed for the team.
@@safe4547 Problem is you can’t just go and tell players to go into a diff role and expect the team to do better simply because the players you added back in might have better mechanical skills or game sense. It takes time for even the best players to get comfortable playing new roles no matter how good your aim is.
Also, the team you gave an example of has essentially no main duelist on any agent other than jett since demon1 is ass on raze, s0m is better with raze, but nowhere close to any of the current top raze players in franchise, and we don’t have much info on how any of them will perform with neon in a pro match, so I don’t see how this will be an improvement when they literally are lacking a proper duelist with this comp.

nrg gonna have to make some big changes next season. The one series win they got this stage was vs kru that had a late roster change a day before the match. Demon1 and Ethan should be roster locks. Everyone else should be up in the air.
