I can't believe you have never used treatments!! I'm using Kerastase 15 years! My hair is damaged but I think once you put blonde in ,,that's it, it'll never be the same again! Good video xx

I am a guy that naturally has very dark brown and super oily scalp, then in September 2021 I got my hair bleached on top at a salon and since then get the roots redone on top every 10 weeks, and it's weird having dryer ends, but for my I have an odd mix of products I have to use through out the week because my scalp is still gonna be super greasy

The healthy hair tips are really helpful, I'm having a similar problem with my hair. I reckon the condition of mine tho is due to the Menopause. I will definitely be trying some of your ideas. Thank You 😊

Me too. My fine thin hair has gotten steadily worse ever since I hit mid 40’s. I’m taking Viviscal supplements and it works. I recently got Covid and noticed terrible breakage afterwards so I’m feeling sad I have to now start over - I had noticed after consistent use of Viviscal that the broken hair had begun to grow out.

TRY PRICKLY PEAR SEED OIL or COCONUT OIL. Seems women get so influenced by expensive hair salon products that yes some work great but why pay salon prices
