- Hi guys! welcome back to my channel! today i bleached my gross brown hair away, stripped the pink, and added in a beautiful
neon green in its place! for the darker green, i used Ion's semi-permanent color in the shade Shamrock, mixed with some Arctic Fox Transylvania, neon green, and some turquoise i made previously. the neon green is Manic Panic's Electric Lizard!
