6/30/14. All of the beeping was us pressing buttons on our radios to keep the backlights lit. Towards the end though, I think we began to do it for fun, lol.
First of all, whoever doesn't know, PDS means Particularly Dangerous Situation. Which means that this tornado is at least an EF3. It also means that the tornado is at least 1 mile wide. (JUST SOME INFORMATION)

If it was a PDS and it was rotation, how is it a PDS if it’s not on the ground?

It can be less than a mile wide and still a PDS, and sometimes it's not an EF3. One time a PDS was issued for an EF1.
