    I'm from the UK and seen lots of complaints about these sharpeners,, and yet I've just witnessed you sharpen a rusty axe,,, its obviously a great item,, im not sure why they complain,, im guessing it's all user error?? ,,, I watched a guy on CZcams sharpen his knife and ruined it he didint tilt the sharpener at all like you did,, , this seems like an awesome item, I'm willing to try it if i can find it lol,,, its not on amazon or ebay, and paying international postage would be ridiculous,,, is there any UK shops you know that stock your items?. Any information would be appreciated, cheers,, love from Scotland 👍

      Can not keep the exact same angle. I do sharpen them just a little. then if you want to keep the angle the same, you have to use a wide whet stone.Thank you for watching and the question.

    It took me half the video to figure out that he meant "90 degree edge" of the sharpener, not "90 degree corner"

    I just ordered one, I was going to buy the block sharpener but I don’t like how you have to jam it in there mar the shit out of your blade, And I can understand what’s so difficult about using your sharpener that people have to keep returning it what’s so hard to understand 90° and drag it Very lightly. Don’t worry I’ll have it mastered in 10 minutes

    I hate to say it these might be good products without the education behind how to use it there's going to be a lot of user error the the products are made good but being able to understand how to hold it the degrees of angles apexing an edge or lost on a lot of people

      If someone really wants to do something, they will figure it out. Anything you sharpen with can be difficult for a person that is challenged with angles.

      Mike Emery MIKE my friend, isn’t what you just said exactly true for absolutely everything you do in life. Shouldn’t you have some understanding of the product service or marketable idea before you try to use it. The first time you snorkel without pretty good instructions believe it or not it’s not going to be an awful lot of fun the first 10 minutes. The very first time you load and shoot a gun you probably better to have some instructions. The first time you drive a car you would do well to get instructions first. See what I mean. If you haven’t had instructions on how to sharpen with a whetstone you’ll take the edge off the blade. If somebody doesn’t help you with the Lansky, read the instructions know what you’re doing you’ll take the edge off the blade. If you don’t get some instruction, the very first time you use a steel to sharpen your knife, there goes the blade. The first time you use a diamond hone and you’re not some educated. There goes the cutting edge. See what I mean. So I guess what I am saying is if you just take the cutting edge off of your blade it is positively your fault because you did not get instructions on how to use the tool first. And you assumed you were smart enough to know. Thank you for watching, have a great day.

      I know it isn't like sharpening that steel right in front of you. Do realize, Tungsten Carbide ( is ) the hardest metal on earth.

    • @Mrsingingdude1
      @Mrsingingdude1 Před 4 lety +1

      @@bradbuckner9496 actually, it's not. There are a few carbides that are harder than tungsten carbide and S110V utilizes one of those carbides in the steel matrix

    So basically this tool is great for producing a random secondary bevil? I'm being sincere. I'm having a hard time understanding how he's able to get a consistent, symmetric bevil.

      he took a fairly sharp hatchet. then he left it out to let it rust so it "LOOKS" real dull then he puts a micro bevel on it for the camera.

    10 degrees per side is crazy low for a folding knife. I don’t know anyone the has knowledge about cutting tools that would run a folding pocket knife with a secondary bevel that low.
