    We are continuing on the Boston Qualifying journey. The last marathon took my time down by 42 minutes. We go again, build again, TRY again!

    Hope you are all really well and your training is going good! Spring marathon training is in full swing for many of us! Last week was a bit of a slog for me. But I think it’s important to show all sides of marathon training not just the weeks it goes smoothly ❤

    I’m also running the Newport marathon this year… I’ll be running for the second time with my partner.
    Aiming for a sub 4…. (After running my fist ever in 4:46 which I was chuffed with)
    We will see . We are a little behind on the training plan but look forward to seeing you there and everyone conquering their goals 💪
    Last year my boyfriend became my fiancé on the finish line and I turned 30 that day, which was the most amazing thing so signed up again as a duo 😊

    Got to say Kelly your looking really strong at the moment. Probably as strong as I can recall since I started subscribing to your channel.
    It's lovely to watch your progress especially after your set backs 🤩

    Looks like a 99% positive week to me! Well done. I know it feels disappointing when you don’t do *exactly* what was written down on your training plan, but everyone has to tinker with parts of the plan occasionally, and your aerobic fitness is still going to be very much boosted after a week like that!! 🙇🏻‍♀️ (that's supposed to be a 'bowing down to you in awe' emoji!)
