If the kids had the mental strength they could beat him.
And about this fight. Nemesis would not have any thought or feeling. So it would not register Pain or have a chill run down it's spine. Nemesis is a thoughtless killing machine that is a corpse with weaponry and a virus running through it's body.
That was my thought. Still, despite that, Nemesis doesn't have nearly as powerful regenerative abilities as Pennywise... So the clown could still wear him down while being fed by the inherent fear of Derry and regenerating. Even if the fight took longer, it'd win by attrition as Pennywise doesn't really have a physical essence for Nemesis to attack, just a chosen form it takes to interact with the world. I'm a fan of Nemesis', but he never really had a chance.

Though I do agree with Pennywise winning this battle, Nemesis does not poses fear. Nemesis is a thoughtless automaton used for destruction.

@@darkmatter1152 Yes because he has long range high tech weapons like the flying disc (first shown in Predator 2) and shoulder cannon and spear gun among others.
However, if he were to do that "mano a mano" thing he did against Dutch at the end of the first movie and take Nemesis on in a FIST FIGHT (even if Predator had the wrist blades and some body armor) then Nemesis kills him. So at first fight close range Predator stands no chance.
Its kind of like if you ask who will most likely win between human hunter and bear the answer is hunter because he will either use a gun against the bear or set a trap but of course bear wins fist fight.

@@darkmatter1152 Maybe that 11 foot tall giant one from the movie THE PREDATOR but the "regular" predator that fought Dutch or the one who fought Danny Glover are not winning a fist fight against Nemesis.

Nemesis has no feelings no fear it can only follow order's and also has a very strong healing factor penny-wise was beaten by children
That's because those children were able to turn his fear against him, that's his only real weakness as he has no real physical form to attack. As much as I like Nemesis, he lacks the capacity to figure this out... much less see it through.

The Shy Guy (SCP 069) is my favorite SCP entity. He is WAY MORE DANGEROUS than Medusa. I learned from the early 1980s movie Clash of the Titans that only DIRECTLY looking at her face is fatal. Its safe to see reflection in mirror and the hero used a mirror to aim his arrow as difficult as that was to kill her. Since mirror is safe other forms of tech like video and photo would be safe with her too. So unlike Shy Guy if she was an SCP foundation prisoner there WOULD be a camera in her cell. Shy Guy scares me way more than Madusa.
This site never uses SCP characters. I wonder if there is some copyright issue and he is not allowed to?

I wonder how Pennywise would fair against a shape shifting machine. Say the T1000 from Terminator 2.
Based on that movie and the sequels the T1000 can be destroyed by the molten steel of a car factory (molten lava in volcano would have the same effect) and certain forms of acid. If acid that can be made in a laboratory and molten steel from a car factory can destroy him then I am sure a cosmic entity can pull it off. Pennywise is probably more powerful than a steel mill.

Yes, in my opinion, since Nemesis isn't capable of emotions like fear, Pennywise would most likely just retreat to the sewer and forget the whole thing happened. Neither fighter could really gain the upper hand.
