I found this by sincronicity! One of the best meditations I've ever had, I cleared a lot of anger that was holding me back back, I cried and those tear were purifying, I feel a lot lighter after releasing!!! Thank you!!💜
Just want to let you know, that I listen to this almost every night to get myself into deep meditation. I think that you should do more of these, due to their helpfulness in getting into a meditative state, as well as a Chakra cleansing video. Thank you so much for this! Hope to see more in the future
