Making GTX 650 act like GeForce 210 PART 1

I tried to recreate the gameplay of the past with GeForce 210 and League of Legends before I got GTX 650 as a Christmas gift last December but I had to make two parts because when I tried to set the resolution to 720p (or at least I tried) I got an error from my monitor that it's not the optiminal resolution. Luckly I managed to capture the gameplay at least but after a short period I decided to change it back. XD
