If you want to know the valu of vote of one mla. Then applie the formula . These formula are ,
Population of the state
________________________ ÷ 1000
Total number of the elected members of all the legislative assemblies of the state .
For example _ total number of Population is 208,49,840 and
And the total number of elected member of the legislative assembly of the state is 208
Then we applied that formula like
208,49,840,
___________ × 1
208 ____
1000
= 100239
___________
1000
Ans is 100 ( the remainder 239 being less than 500 is ignored
People need honourable teacher like u ❤️❤️❤️👍🤓🤓🤓🤓💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
With the creation of a separate State of Jharkhand, by an Act of Parliament titled as the Bihar Reorganisation Act, the strength of the Bihar Legislative Assembly was reduced from 324 to 243 members.
Sir, As far as i know, even if any state legislation is suspended/dissolved, still they can vote for presidential election...
if not, in this way, the central ruling party can impose emergency on state having opposition party just before presidential election nd take advantage of that...
That is why Courts are given the authority to check whether the reason for implementing 356 is relevant or irrelevant.
How can someone know the value of vote of uttrakhand's MLA since uttrakhand was formed after 1971
maybe the population of then existing areas which are now included in uttarakhand is considered....just a guess..plz reply if you come upon the answer
Uttarakhand was formed on 2000,since than many years later formulation of several cities took place, mostly during tiwari ji government and as per current statistics 70 more than 65 registered cities are there where Mla gets chance to get seats from.

@@vcchopra8642 bro he's asking what should be considered population of states formed post 1971
@@shouryarajput7922 affirmative
Doubt :-
Elected members of Legislative Councils do not participate in “election of the President” since they are themselves indirectly elected by the members of Legislative Assemblies.
Then, how come elected MPs of Rajya Sabha take part in “election of the President” when they are also elected by the elected members of Legislative Assemblies?
because rajyasabha mai har state se member hota hai bt state legislative council sirf kuch state mai or ye inequality hoga if they get voting rights to other state. hope u understand

For dissolving the legislative assembly , a proclamation should be made by president under article 356 , to dissolve the assembly and approved by both the houses of parliament ? Is this procedure for dissolution of state assembly , if this is the not the way of dissolution of assembly . kindly revert back with the best possible explanation.
President cannot dissolve the state legislative assembly he can only suspend it,until and unless the parliament sanctions president to dissolve the state legislative assembly
Yes if president is satisfied with the governors report the president can take over states executive functions
Thanks sir

Query:- uniformity in the scale of representation of different states in election of president means??
It means that population of every state and it's constituency is different... Which makes unequal representation that is why... Uniformity in scale...... President is introduced by counting value of vote

I think single transferable vote means mla or mp has to vote once in whole presidential election.
Suppose there are 5 candidates for presidential election and all votes are counted and listed in presidential candidates as per sequence maximum votes given.
So if the first candidate didn't complete maximum percentage requirements, the last candidate have to remove from the list and all the votes given to him in 2nd preferences will be counted for remaining 4 candidates.....and process cintinued till the required percentage achieved.

84th amendment act 2001,
Apne sir 1971census kaha hai
Vhan 1991ke census se population ko consider kiya hai.
Seats are fixed according to 1971 census.
Later delimitation has changed only the area of constituencies
Bounce ho gya.....its difficult

I am really confused regarding the order in which we should start Laxmikant!!! There are many channels that say we should not do laxmikant in the same chronology as it is given nd we should start with part 3 i.e the central government part ;!! Can someone help me with this? Sir!??🙃
U should do imp chapters first which have high probability of coming in the exam.
If u do centre portion first, most of the things will be repeated in state portion .
Like pm and cm
Sc and hc
President and Governor .
