  • We follow Project Consultant Mark Cook and Project Manager Tony Marin as our crew lifts a home in Diamond Bar, CA using push piers. Mark provided a foundation repair inspection for an investor looking to flip the property. With Mark's repair plan the investor was able to confirm a profitable flip and moved forward with the project. The home's foundation was in rough shape, and showed signs of considerable settlement. The crew installed twenty four push piers to lift the home to maximum practical recovery, and our polyurethane crew will be following to fill the void between the slab and soil created during the lifting process.

I always like to see what the end results look like and how the house responded to the lift.

Hi Bob, It is dependent on the area that has been effected. The smaller the area, the smaller the price. On average, a foundation repair costs between $15,000 - $20,000.
