Being a legally blind user, I was really, really worried when I suspected this was a voiceless/no voiceover tutorial. You would probably have to make some adjustments. Instead of hot glue...a permanent adhesive and water proof paint.

Century Star definitely.... if you desire a longevity (because of water and possible minerals or pool chemicals) I recommend working with resin or sealant
