The Court gave them a clean chit as they had nothing as proof. And what about the recent Dwarka Expressway, Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, NHAI toll scam, unsanctioned expenditure by railway, etc. ?? They had to declare Rafale deal as national secret as per the Official Secrets Act which forced Supreme Court to give them clean chit without questioning.
