Not me. I was skeptical from the beginning. The IPC actually surrending penacony? Nah thats cap. Aventurine being alive? Also cap since he's still in the void. We all knew that the IPC wont surrender penacony at all so when they were having a meeting saying that they're giving up penacony, i was hella sus about whats happening and then the black swan hint about something Misha can do in reality, i was 'nowaying' when i figured out that we were still in a dream even before BS reveals it XD

Glad I tried so hard to avoid getting spoiled lol. After jy left I was like "oh that's it? They really summoned the entire cloud knight to beat Sunday's ass? Damn even the luofu weekly boss didn't get that kind of treatment" 😂 and then boom, it didn't happened. They're so creative with the story it made the 12+ hours I spent worth it

The fight did happen and your squad lost, Sunday then trapped you in Ena's (The aoen of Order) Dream where he made you relive what you already experienced but there was the flaw with misha

I agree with a lot of your observations, even the one about rolling one cutscene into another. The payoffs were there for the story, but it felt VERY long because there was few places to pause and lots of dialogue to go through.

Funny how I had a hunch that the ending was fake because I checked the achievements page and saw that I had one more achievement left (btw kets you can use mini bronya in your team instead of robin since acheron's ult is charged when an enemy is inflicted by a debuff)

Penacony's ending is the best use of the "it was all a dream" cliche I've ever seen
When I saw the boss didn't have more than one HP bar I knew something was up. Still, they played out the 'ending' long enough to get me a bit worried that they just dropped the ball writing-wise. Over all Penacony was massive improvement over the Laofu.

Something I like about the writing in MiHoYo's games, villains tend to be better written than nearly any other game, or fiction in general. No matter how much they power up, the feel human and real. You can be against their ideals and what wrongs they have committed, but you can sympathize with them and their troubles. Like Otto from the game Honkai Impact 3rd, I cannot forgive him for all the evil he has done, but he's the first villain I felt sad for in his favor. The pain of losing someone precious to you, and blaming yourself for their death, can break a person. I'm still not over that myself. Even Genshin Impact, has better villain writing than a villain in nearly any fictional world. Despite how inferior the writing is compared to every other MiHoYo game, imo. Childe for example, he's not a stereotypical villain. He's evil, but not for the sake of evil, nor for some petty reason. He's still human, he cares about protecting his brother than doing his job well as a Fatui. He's not some grand-scale level of stereotypical villain that wants to take over or destroy the world, no, he's not of that villain cookiecutter mold.
No.... fiction have been doing that for a long time....

It's impossible that the boss only has one phase 😂 I immediately be like, "nahhhhh, hoyo you can't end it like that. There's no way". Then all the other minor things like, boothill can't remember who he's hunting? Dan heng too? IPC giving up on penacony? What happened to robin and firefly. Too many loose ends. Called hoyo out on that fake ending

So, in case you are still confused, since some people were. The vast majority of events leading up to, and probably even somewhat into, the fight with Sunday, did happen. But during the fight, he was able to trap everyone in a dream. In this dream, he tried to make it so that the events you experienced happened in, at least, similar ways to reality. This was done so that you would be less like to break out of the dream, by realizing that something was wrong. But the problem is, he based it off of each individual persons experiences. So we, as trailblazers whom can naturally perceive Misha, but originally met him as the Hotel's bell-boy, ended up seeing him in reality. Somewhere that, no matter what, as a memory meme, he cannot go.

In the story black swan mention that most of memokeeper like to take photo to save memory, and Relate to QnA in anniversary live stream saying that march Will have new 5 star with memory power + march is strongly related(hobby of her) to camera/photo. Moreover the Aeon Fuli has the appearance of ice which is march element and story we know...
In conclusion, is march 7th past was a memokeeper? Did she get some dangerous memory that Fuli got rid of her's (either to protect her or The opposite)
This is just a theory... And me myself is not really a Lore Diver, so maybe some of the story i mention might be wrong

@CosmosGem personally I just wanted that hmc's kit was utilized and it was not which annoyed me a little bit.
Kets is not the best at making teams lol but he plays at level 50 so I doubt meta even comes to his mind.
