  • Well... this was interesting
Im not too sure how I feel about this one but I really wanted to see how everyone else felt about the menstrual cup if they've used it.

I use a Moon Cup and absolutely love it. It makes my time of the month easier, less mess too and can’t feel it either. It took me a few times for get the hang of it 💕

I really love the menstrual cup, but I admit that I had to try to use it for like 3 months until I like it

I started using the moon cup since January, and I have to be honest...the first time is always a learning curve. I think I've mastered its use by the time I tried it in my second cycle. I think whist being stuck at home is there perfect time to try it. The only worry I have is that I am HEAVIEST on my first two days....I fill the cup twice on my first day; so I'm concerned to use/change on my first day in public...I cannot imagine it not doing it in my shower. Overall, personally, I think its worth giving it a try; because I've only used it for three cycles and I can't imagine going back to tampons and pads

I use a menstrual cup can never feel it even in fitness class it takes a while to get ur own position right iv never had to change in public because of how long it can be worn i just want to say you can NOT have sex whilst using this menstrual cup at all there is one make you can have sex with because it is a flatter shape you can use the disposable ones but not the reusable ones like in the video as these cups are ment to sit lower down in the vagina maybe thats why it was uncomfortable for you hun love your videos talking about all the embarrassing things 😁 xxxx

Thanks for this video, I think it’s much needed. I wanted to comment on the Saalt cup specifically. It seems as if you hadn’t inserted it correctly. When it’s in correctly you can’t feel it at all. Also it sits below the cervix and you measure your cervix height by just inserting a finger up there. I’ve been using one for almost 3 years now and it’s been wonderful. Very cost effective, has shortened my period, no waste, actually not messy when you get the hang of it, no irritation or smell. I’m a cup user for life!

So how do you clean it, and how many times will it be used before getting rid of it.

@@kossynifemigold I use the Saalt wash, any natural oil free soap should work, I also boil it after each cycle. The cup is supposed to last for 10 years.

I loved my menstrual cup. It took a few tries to get it positioned correctly for no spillage but other than that, I enjoyed it. I recommend anyone new to a menstrual cup to also wear a pad until they get it down packed. My only concern while wearing it was I hope my 🙈 don’t start feeling loose because there’s something just sitting in there lmao.

This is so weird. I was just watching your videos last night and wanted to ask if you would use a cup because I recently started using the saalt and I'm absolutely in love. Periods are literally a breeze!!

Haha I actually get a lil sad when I hear persons say they're not comfortable with it because it has made me forget I was even on my cycle. But i guess everyone's comfort level will be different. I have the size small not the soft one because I was afraid it would be hard to pop open. I use the punch-down fold because this makes insertion pretty easy for me. Also, I don't place it too far because I always want to be able to feel the stem without reaching too far. So I position it where the tip of the stem is always like right at the entrance so I can always feel it when I'm ready to take it out. I'm not sure how it would work with intercourse but the way my anxiety is set up lol. Once it's in though I literally don't feel anything, I just set it and leave it and I usually just change it whenever I shower. I've only had 1 or 2 accidents and this happened overnight but I can always feel when it's about to leak. Maybe it wasn't sealed properly not quite sure. Sorry for this lengthy response but I just get so excited I wanna tell every woman to try it because it has made my life so much easier😌😌

I don't think you had the right positioning of the menstrual cup. Because it's not meant to cause discomfort. Once it's positioned right, you will not feel it.

Yeah this was me the first couple times I tried tampons. I hated the fact that I could feel it. Now I don't think I would ever go back from the saalt cup🥰
