Soooo one thing to note, the 'buyback' is only a small fraction of what anyone would actually get. AND you waive all (ALL) of your rights to sue him. So you get waaaaay less money than you lost, and you 'waived' your rights to sue Logan to get your money back. There has been plenty of lawyers and experts who recommend to NOT take the 'buyback' if you plan on joining the ongoing lawsuit against him.
Just join the lawsuit, rip this scumbag of all the money he took.

I'd argue against telling people to agree to getting this refund since it's only for the NFT eggs and not for the cryptozoo tokens which comes to under 15% of the total amount of money scammed and by signing up for the minimal refund you give up your ability to sue Logan Paul for the full amount.
You're better off looking into being part of the already going lawsuit to chase the full amount you got scammed.

Fraud comes in two forms, civil AND criminal, and the main difference between them is whether or not theft has been committed resulting in the latter getting you sent to prison (eg. SBF and his FTX ponzi scheme). It's very likely that, if the class-action succeeds, he hopefully gets to spend time behind bars because I don't think a heavy fine is gonna do enough damage

There are several reasons why this is not a W for Logan...
It is only a refund for those that bought only a single token(in fact it may be less), it was targeted directly to his audience of mostly children, and KSI has a direct incentive to defend Logan because if his reputation falls so does the profit KSI makes from PRIME. The lawsuit should be pursued as it's not the first time he's scammed the children who follow him without facing any consequences legally or otherwise.

I haven't seen anyone mention the most likely reason for the one month time limit on the refund.
It waives your right to the lawsuit. The time limit induces FOMO for a guarantee of some refund vs a possible failed class action with no refund. A short period of time makes sure the lawsuit doesn't finish before people give up their option for the NFT specific refund. It also makes it more likely that not everyone will see the form or complete it in time, ensuring he doesn't even have to buy back all of the NFTs.
