  • A lot of my patients are concerned with the materials that we use to make the final set of teeth for All on 4, or a Full Set of Dental Implants.
    Things have progressed a lot in the last few years, and there are some materials that I do not use any more due to strength.
    These days, where possible, I recommend polished zirconia for implant teeth, as it is the smoothest (so less plaque sticks to it), and its the strongest - so less fractures.
    In the clinic, we are working to reduce the cost of this type of bridge, but also keeping the quality of the teeth as high as possible.

    If a dentist recommends all on 4s does that mean youre also a canidate for 3 on 6? Or do factors play a toll on that?

    Hlo sir i had my conventional implant in dec on 2nd molar and after 5 months my abumtment was placeed in may after bone cutting bcz in 5 month bone covered my conventional implant now its been 3 weeks after abutment and i m feeling pain on pressing it with finger why its happing can u ans plz

    Weird question give me a quote for a full mouth of titanium like all teeth and the gums titanium and about 12 on top 12 on bottok if thats even possible i dont care about looks i just want strength this would be what wound 250k?
