    i am show about making brushless spindle motor at 240v. the motor consist of three poles. the moto speed achieve 54000rpm.

    I highly doubt, that that contraption manages 50k rpm.
    I've got some real brushless motors at home, that do in excess of 40k. The pitch of their sound is MUCH higher.
    Secondly, their rotors are wrapped with carbon rovings, not some String. I have a suspicion, that this thing would explode like a grenade.
    And third, one of the larger ones isn't perfectly balanced. Almost not noticeable at low speed, but once you get it up to speed, it becomes really unpleasant to hold. The way this thing here wiggles around even at low speed, it would be almost impossible to hold at the advertised rpm.
    Oh and the final nail in the coffin:
    The input filter capacitors on the little, 36v rated 500w eBay controller show a 50V rating.
    So how on earth should this thing have run of 240V???
    I would have even given a like for the nice DIY action, but why does everyone have to ruin their stuff with made up performance data?

      look the way he measures.. he held the tachometer back side. not actual display.. totally doubt with the motor sound.. hahahaha

      Vibration = bad quality and i think this motor have a *very low torque

      @@3duk589 Here in Brazil we call this engine the Keppe Motor, it has excellent torque and is very economical when made with neodymium.

    Собирал как-то такое.. только с сердечниками на полюсах. Оборотов примерно около 10 000, при БП 12В 10А, померить не чем. А вот крутящий момент - ну ооочень маленький (легко останавливается пальцами). Так что в качестве шпинделя - ну никак не канает. В качестве вентилятора - норм. :-)

    Какие 54.000 ?????. С таким охлаждением на такой скорости всё разлетиться к чертям!!!. И естественно бешенная вибрация должна быть, а тут пальцами держит, даже не напрягаеться. . Автор конечно молодец, что собрал такое, но по звуку мотор даёт 5400, это ближе к правде...

    I love the idea and the build, but i highly doubt the performance, i dont think you will want to hold this motor with your hand when it's spinning at 54k rpm lol

    Good motor but copper must have privacy to radiate it's heat u must have use metal bar instead of PVC that would be difficult 😬 but recommend 😉

    You have to watch the video's of Gerard Morin. He can power a brushless 3-phase motor with only sound through a controller. The controller seems the key, so you must have enough knowledge of electronics. Maybe you can make this and show us in a video. That would be more than great!

      It really doesn't matter how you connect the wires as long as they are coupled correctly to the driver / controller.

    É claro que o cara deve ter um certo conhecimento para fazer algo assim afinal como ele saberia como deveria ser ligado todas as pontas de fios de cobre do motor para funcionar e não pegar fogo kkk porque enrolar não seria o problema mas e depois como saber qual ponta do enrolamento de cobre eu poderia ligar as outras para funcionar perfeitamente resumindo o cara tem o conhecimento não é para qualquer um se eu fizesse certamente queimaria tudo em um curto terrível e perigoso se querem fazer algo parecido estudem antes e aprendam se aventurar há fazer a rumo só com o que voce viu no vídeo é perigoso afinal de contas com energia elétrica não se brinca há risco de queimaduras graves ele não diz para ninguém fazer mas crianças também assistem não custa avisar.

    If there were really 54,000 rpm or 900 rps, then this engine would be blown to hell at such speeds. I would give no more than 6 thousand...

    I thought its need to use Kawaski steel in stator but you just use it without any ferromagnetic core. This is why you get so small power? and what bearing do you use on 54 000 rpm? Is it capable to work more 5 minutes?

    This BLDC motor beats the universal motor, since it can reach 54000rpm, universal motors can only go up to 17000rpm or 20000rpm.

    you wrap the coil in antimagnetic material but its efficiency (power) is not very low? (e.g. 1 in 10000)

    99.999% of the motor was already made (field core) made of sheet electrical steel die cut with 500 TON impact press. Somebody made the hardened steel punch & die previously.

    Игрушка по виду и сборке. Не серьёзно. Во первых, катушки нужно с сердечником. Ротор с таким изготовлением -это "шедевр" . Балансировка для больших оборотов-первостепенная задача. Крыльчатка такой формы ..... В общем не внушает доверия для длительной работы.
