Abandoned: Shoney's - Summerville, SC (2023 REVISIT)

- What's good everyone?! Today's video brings me back to a place I've filmed once before. This abandoned Shoney's location has sat abandoned for about 3 years. The sign says that the restaurant is "temporarily closed" with hopes to re-open soon, but after such a long wait, I doubt any such activity will occur. The building has sustained a bit of environmental wear, but it appears to be in decent shape overall, and seems like it could be re-opened relatively easily. I don't foresee this building being opened to the public anytime soon, as no life has been here since early 2020. I believe that this location will continue to remain abandoned until a developer sees its potential some time down the road.
