After C-section kya kya khana chahiye for early recovery kya kya hota hai pain kitne time Tak rehta hai.. har chiz apko batani chahiye csection bcz kisi ne kuch bataya nai tha jab mere csection hua.. baccho se bhi jyada maa ki health b matter karti hai if maa is well baccha will b automatically well
Mera c section hua h..aur kuch ni hota isme..kb baby ho jayega pta b ni lgega..n m mere baby k sab kam starting se hi kr rhi hu.. stitches me halka sa pain tha wo b isliye ki mujhe khaansi ho gyi thi..n diet proper lo..jo bde diet de wo lo.. Sab thik hoga
