Refreshing Orange Sarbath from Palakkad

Orange Sarbath is a mixture of liquid extract of the sweet lime and Nannari syrup.
Nannari also known as Indian sarsaparilla is a plant native to India and is used in ayurveda. Its also called as ananthmoola or anantvel (Source wiki). To prepare nannari syrup, it roots are used. The roots are aromatic and thus in the syrup too the aroma is felt.
