How do you know he isn't taking telmisartan and other ancillaries keeping his BP in control? He also does cardio 7 days a week so his RHR may very well be lower than most
@@kodymcgrath7148 Kody, this guy is on steroids, and has been for an extended period. Steroids affect the liver, kidneys, heart, blood sugars, cholesterol levels and overall metabolic health. Conflating muscles with health is a mistake. Men are not designed to carry that much muscle and the heart is under strain to supply enough blood. That’s why a lot of bodybuilders have cardiomegaly. If he was an athlete, his endurance would be the metric. He has hormonally enhanced strength, but he is not healthy. I assess people every day at work. After years of practice, I know what to look for.
Sam is a nice guy, and highly educated and intelligent. I wish he would make better choices, and get off the damn juice, so it doesn't kill him, permanently damage him, or cause him to have severe medical problems when he gets older.
he’s making a lot of money so i’d say it’s worth it for now for at least a few more years until his popularity tapers off. if you were making hundreds of thousands and jacked as fuck why would you stop.
@@user-cs7ns1rq2x All depends on somebody's perspective. I like the guy. He's not hurting anybody doing what he's doing, other than possibly his own health. People have the right to choose money over their health. It's his body, not mine, or anybody else's. He's highly intelligent. I'm quite sure he is working with very capable doctors, that monitor his health. Much safer this way. Less likely for something bad to happen to his eternal health this way. Everybody deserves happiness, and Sam seems to be a really cool guy. I think quite a few bodybuilder's egos have suffered, since Sam came on the scene. Lol
Weak wrists 🤷♂️ I used to have weak wrists too years ago when I first started lifting and when I discovered wrist curls and wrist flexions my wrists are made of steel now 0 pain even when doing 140kg ez bar close grip bench press for triceps my wrists don't even sweat and doing a lot of wrist curls not just give you strong wrists but they also give you some meaty forearms
@@stircrazyjack10 it changed my life in the gym and I hope it does for you too just don't go too heavy on them go easy and progress slowly buy fat gripz if you can or if you gym has them do wrist curls with those they are a game changer especially for forearms gains too
For people that have trouble getting the lower lat mind muacle connection, incorporating these into my sets has really started to blow them up
I feel like a lat pull-down machine would work better for this movement since you could have the pads to hold your legs down
100%
You bet if you weigh 100 lbs you'd need to
Hell yea been doing these for years
Mike Mentzer smiling down on you 👑
I can hear his heart screaming from here.

@@TheRedRanter what's his metabolism have to do with his heart? And wow he's out of breath between sets, that's crazy right?

@El_Goblino_ thanks, good info must admit I neglect wrist curls, flexors, only do hammer curls which doesn't hit the wrist area. Cheers
