- For the past 8 months I did not buy bread. Since I learned how to make my own sourdough bread.
In addition to the bunch of benefits is the sourdough, The taste is totally different.
My advice to all of you to start making your bread, and enjoy the health benefits of it.
Ingredients:
400 g of water
320 g of whole wheat 🌾
230 g of bread flour
11 g of sea salt
110 g active sourdough starter fed 8 hours back. - Jak na to + styl

Do you have a recipe you could share?
Usually I am using the below ingredients
550 g bread flour
400 g water
11 g sea salt
110 g starter
But you can use 480 g bread flour with 70 g whole wheat if you want to have flavorful bread
