I played today and found a talisman who stated that this dragon is likely named Byleh, he was the rival of Placidusax for the throne of dragon lord and is the reason Plasi is missing two heads.
Edit: found him, got OS.
I had to re complete the story for a single item I wanted before I started the dlc lmfao so I'm running behind I'm not mad though it was fun again!
