He spoke at Compton College graduation. There’s nothing like someone speaking who endured the same struggles. On this day he gave them hope. Blessings🙏🏽💙
Bro just released a world wide banger, dominated the charts for more then a week, went viral on Tik Tok, was the topic of conversation in the music media and even with all this buzz, didn't promote none of his old projects, didn't post a single photo or text on the internet and when everybody thought that he would sell a big interview to a huge media group, he went to a college in his home town to talk for a few minutes with random kids there and went home. He definitely moves different of any artist I know.
I try not to idolize people or put them on pedestals anymore but man... Kendrick is one of the few artists and public figures that pretty regularly inspires me. I have so much respect for the man, I know he's not perfect and he'd be the first person to admit that, especially now with where he's grown to in life.
I’ve listened to kendrick since I was 14, I’m 23 now and I’m really realizing how much this man’s music and voice saved me from getting myself into bad situations. What a legend man
At the end of “Real”, his mom is recorded telling him to come back and talk to the young Black and Brown kids, to inspire them and give them hope and it’s so beautiful to see him doing that-not out of ego-but because he genuinely cares. What a beautiful man. 🙌🏾
He looks 10 years younger after the beef 💀💀
That's the first person who's said that about people my age

Kendrick inspires Gen Z. Drake fiddles with Gen Z.
He’s so right about being able to think independently…truly one of the most valuable tools in life
