on the topic of helping with CZcams quality, a nice mic and pop filter for audio is extremely useful!

Yeah, I forgot to put the filter on for my microphone, next time I'll do better. Thanks.

Thanks for the video. I watched it 10-15 times. The part I kept getting stuck was projecting. I didn't quite understand why, but in the end it worked out when I followed you step by step. Just finished fusion 360 design and going to do a test print. I had 6 letters and wanted to make it bigger than my bed. Hopefully will figure out how to do this so there is some alignment and large glue surface. Thank you so much. I learned quite a bit and hope it turns out well.

Thanks I hope your letters turns out great. I didn't quite know how to make a tutorial, if needed I'll try and make another video like this in the future with more details.

@@Scratch3DPrinting turned out perfect. Better than I originally thought. Made a sign with a person’s name. Learned to cut into 3 pieces and create a key to light things up. Then ordered leds. Originally ordered leds that were spread too far apart, but then found the btc lighting and did it to 60 leds/ meter. That worked out much nicer. Plus used their spe 630e controller. That allows for music beat to control the lights. It was pretty cool. Should try and get btc to sponsor you to make this again. :)

I've 3D printed some weird workarounds to get something like this - involving the extruded letterforms covered by a large printout and a CNC'd piece of wood for a front frame... all this time I could have been printing the whole thing. THANK YOU!!!! Our next tradeshow is going to be FIRE

Everything is good until 4.41 onwards there I’ve completely lost.

This was my early on and I didn't really know how to make tutorial. But what I did was Offset all the outer wall and inner wall so that I can make the inner shell of the letters. Extrude it about half way so that there is a guide for your LED strips. I hope that helps.

@@Scratch3DPrinting the 4.42 when you make the sketch at the back. how did you do it ? coz its like skipped something after extrude all the way to the outer shell

@@SuperLittlehorn Nothing was skipped, I just make a sketch at the back of the letter, you can also make a sketch at the front too. I click "Make A Sketch" then select the back of the model.
