The bears signed glennon then turned around and traded up for MitchnTrubiski... EVERYBODY in that front office shoulda been fired immediately
Took trubisky instead of Mahommes...I'm a Bears fan and so frustrated with there GM constantly...Fields is not the answer there niether IMO he holds the ball to long..I hope I'm wrong..
@@arronderian89 I mean no one knew how good mahomes would be but Mitch over Deshaun is crazy
My 11 year old nephew knew that was a bad idea
@@Youngprince____ I didn't know Mahommes was what he is but I knew he was good I liked him over Watson but I forgot Watson was in that draft to..
Imagine passing on Mahomes and Allen....
Cousins has actually put up nice numbers in Minnesota.
except wins
Cousins out dere pulling a heist job😭dis man got all dat guaranteed money jus to make playoff walk thrus🤣🤣
@@rodgerhughes8802 Deshaun Watson and Dak Prescott each make more than Cousins (over 40 million apiece). How many playoff wins do they both have?
Kurt is a average qb. Can win in playoffs. Not worth that kind of money
Cousins is only getting what someone was willing to give him.
Where is Sam Bradford's 6 year, 76 million, 58 million guaranteed ROOKIE contract?
Wow no kidding didn’t even know that!
@@MasonS9980 His rookie contract is pretty much single handedly credited as being the reason the rookie wage scale exist.
@@nstgaming631 I recall Jamarcus Russell and I thought he was the reason for that but yeah okay. Cool thanks lol good to know
@@MasonS9980 He(Russell) started the conversation then Bradford got his contract and it blew everyone's minds. That was the one that made it a necessity.
First thing I thought of. Lol
Some of these are dead wrong. Cousins is a solid qb whose been yl the playoffs with his team and actually barring some injuries and crazy field goals could've taken his team further
(I once saw Cousins miss a wide open receiver and over throw him by 30 yards) and actually hit a cheerleader in the back of the head at the DEAD BALL line in the back of the end zone - next pass was a 67 yard pick 6 - it takes a really Special Talent to do that
If you told Brady or Montana to even attempt that Cheerleader bongo they couldn't even do it if it was actually the play called in the huddle 🤣
@@reallifelebowski4732 FO /////////////////////////
Sam Bradford should ALWAYS make these lists
Love how you skipped Jimmy G's Super Bowl appearance and multiple playoff wins.
He literally got carried. Any other qb can get that team to win a super bowl
that's because his actually good.
@@ericbaek3706 if he was good, they wouldn’t have been planning to replace him
@@bobjefferson1332 and just think they’ve had a few opportunities to get Tom Brady but they’ve stuck with Jimmy G idk why because he’s not that good. They’d already have 2 more rings if that happened 😂
He had almost nothing to do with any of those wins. Hell the 49ers beat the Packers in the divisional round with the offense scoring ZERO POINTS.
I love how everyone calls Dak one of the best in the game but they hate on Kirk when Kirk has been better with less
Dak is overrated. He’s an average QB.
@@LilSebastian_ 100% agree but so many people are on Dak's sack like he's a top 5 QB
Kirk has played with Thielen, Diggs, Jefferson, and Cooks, not to mention Rudolph was a solid TE for a long time. Dak has had Zeke, Cooper, and Lamb. I wouldn’t say Cousins has had less. I’m a Detroit fan btw not bias to either QB.
@@DLyle92 You're forgetting that Cousins is doing it with a far worse offensive line. Dak has had a top 3 offensive line for most of his career. That makes a huge difference. Just ask Matt Stafford. Lol
Who is dax do you mean Dak Prescott?
Chase Daniel, Drew Stanton, Taysom Hill, Colt McCoy, Kevin Kolb, Case Keenum,
Stanton was on my lions back in the day behind stafford
@@WWFAttitudeEraFreak We also over paid Chase Daniels to be a back up to Stafford. Drew Stanton was at least on a rookie contract and serviceable as a back up. I actually like him as a lion and he went to college in MIchigan state.
@@WWFAttitudeEraFreak And they forgot Scott Mitchell. We way overpaid for him if your old enough to remember that sad era that had promise (kinda like the Stafford era, but we had a team and a horrible QB).
To be Fair...... Matt Flynn had several good games with the Packers! I bet he could have been a decent starter if he got more of a chance. Also he was a great backup and you never really know when your franchise quarterback is going to go down so great backups I'd say are valued someone high.
He was below average - average at best. People remember him being good only because people remember his two great games. Crappy players can have great games once in a while doesn't necessarily make them good.
And at that time Seattle had a old Matt hassleback and averaged like 15-17 points a game and went 2-14 so they wanted to risk it all and get a qb
Flynn had ONE great game that got him paid.
@@anthonythompson9763 He also came close to leading the Packers to a win at New England in 2010.
@@jab1289 almost don't count
Forgot Jay Cutler with the bears in 2014
Forgot Rob Johnson. Buffalo gave him a $25 million dollar contract in 1998 after he only played a few games for Jacksonville.
You completely missed that Washington reset the QB market by tagging Kirk TWICE. That move overinflated his value and by making his value that high, better QB's found their worth skyrocket.
Agree
Unless they, took down, edited, and then reuploaded this video in the last hour, no they didn't. Kirk was literally the 2nd QB they mentioned. And they mentioned they tagged him twice.
jacksonville signing christian kirk:
Did you even watch the video Kevin lmfao
@@bipolarbrad7341 Did the 41 people that liked my comment not watch the video either? Or maybe it's you with a misunderstanding...
Guessing a Packers fan made this. Cousins is underrated
i’m a lions fan but fr
Not wrong but also probably shouldn't have been the first nfl player with a fully guaranteed contract. The criticism was bound to come with that title.
Since 2016, Cousins has made more money than Aaron Rodgers.
Yep, he's overrated.
TPS has always been biased. If you look at their "Teams Weirdest Traditions" video, it really shows. For other teams they talked about their cool traditions or their super fans, but for teams like mine they said stuff like "The Raiders fans like to dress in black and fight each other"
I love how they say for example Goff is a "system qb", all qbs are system quarterbacks....lol...Also you can't blame the players for taking the money, that's on the teams, not the players
Not all Brady, Rodgers, Manning and a few others have shown they are the system.
Here's the thing about Goff. He's absolute junk without McVay. Proved it with Fischer, again with The Poor Lions. After all; L.A. is the current SB champs, with zero running game. Goff had a healthy Gurley III, and he still blew it.
@@ramsfan1st43 I'm a Rams fan and McVay blew that super bowl with Goff got out coached
Favre did absolutely awful with the Jets ... and the Falcons
@@geoffreyhooker9005 Duh!!!!! He was 39 years old with the Jets and inherited a horrible team that was 4-12 the year before..And morn he never even started a game as a rookie in Atlanta and was only put in 2 games and in both it was late in the game where The Falcons trailed by 30 -- You're brilliant dude
Love your video
Holy God. Jamarcus Russel, Ryan Leaf, The Bills paying Ryan Fitz Patrick,
@@trajanuslarocque7572 A #1 overall pick (Russel) is a big contract. So is a #2 overall (Leaf). Not just the millions that were paid out on it, but the atrocious cost of the investment. People who proclaim to know things about football, blew it, to the tune of MILLIONS. So yeah, I'm gonna have to disagree with you.
Dak Prescott will be on a list like this one very soon.
Wrong
I love proving people wrong.🤣
Dak is good but he’s not quite at mvp level, he loses against good teams but because the nfc east has been mostly terrible, his stats are inflated a bit
Nick foles situation was unique he was the perfect QB for Philly and the system flourish his abilities but they already committed to Wentz. Foles was an eagle and should have stay an eagle.
Yeah but other that what has Foles actually done?

$169 million= 1 playoff win? 🤔
Right! How is Kirk in the same tier as Glennon or Flynn or Foles at the Jags?…Random Kirk hate in this vid and I’m not even a Vikings fan.
Brock Osweiler had a full ride to play basketball at Gonzaga before deciding to play football at ASU instead. Interesting to think if he would have made more and/or still be playing if he chose hoops instead. My guess... probably not.
What about jags signing nick foles 88 million when everyone knew he only plays good in Philly
?? He was on this list
I can't believe that Kirk Cousins made that much money!! Wow!! That's insane!

I don't get why people hate Cutler so much. He wasn't ever great, but was atleast a decent QB. Just looked like he didn't give a damn most of the time.
@@denisfolcik1373 He was paid like he was great, and generally was just an unlikable character most of his career.
Yea Brock got paid!! And will be healthy when he’s gone. He’s kind of a winner from a certain perspective
I'm beating a skeleton but JaMarcus Russell should be on here
It really pays to be 6’7 huh
Although he probably wouldn’t have worked out, we can’t really judge Matt Flynn cause I mean cmon, he was beat out by Russell Wilson, not some average QB
Russell was a ROOKIE
I dont agree with the Kirk Cousins bit. Kirk played very well and it's always a cop out to put all blame on a QB when the team around him isn't that great. Minnesota defense really had one great season with Case Keenum and then become okay to mediocre under Cousins. I mean Kirk out performed many QBs the last 3 seasons but that's with a bad O-line that gets his elite RB killed and a defense that struggles game to game. Kirk has been paid for being the QB that led mediocre teams.
People had no problem dubbing Matt Stafford "Stat Padford" for his inability to make an awful Detroit team great. Kirk also wouldn't get as much criticism if that first Vikings contract wasn't fully guaranteed.
@@nstgaming631 you're right, but QB market is always the hardest market. As a Dallas fan I think we over paid for Dak simply because Dak will have all the pieces he needs and fall short
@@spookyfool Stafford could have got 5+ more million yearly from the Rams but left money on the table so they could afford other players too. Brady has done it too. Kirk and Dak should have both done that but chose to break the bank instead. In short they chose short term earnings over long term success.
@@nstgaming631 theres a difference between Kirk's and Stafford's case. Kirk was a free agent that teams were bidding for, Broncos, Cardinals, Jets, and Viking were trying to get Cousins while Stafford set the terms for his contract. Now Kirk could take a pay cut or take more into bonuses to open cap but in his case he is one of the most pressured QBs in the league and they really haven't addressed their bigger problems.
@@spookyfool You aren't wrong that the bidding war makes for a different scenario, but Kirk and the Vikings will still get criticism for the fully guaranteed part. However with only one year left on his deal, and the trade investment. The Rams were really competing with next years qb needy teams, and a constantly inflating market without any leverage. Not exactly favorable negotiation conditions for a team friendly deal.
It was sad seeing Mcnabb go out like a that
Can you make a video about the top ten offensive linemen of all time
Flynn would've been fine with Seattle. He would have done no worse than Wilson that first year cause the defense was so awesome. He wasn't someone prone to mistakes.
You guys should do qbs that can get replaced after this season
Please make a list of all the best undrafted free agent who made an impact to their teams

Lol 😂, I really forgot McNabb was dealt to MN ! Talk about fading away like a fart 💨 in the wind
Day 2 of asking for 2022 draft grades
As a rams fan I'd love later round grades. We haven't participated in that first round in years. I'm beginning to think its something of a myth lol
Carson Wentz should have been on the list because after the super bowl season the eagles overpaid him and after that Wentz declined big time in the upcoming seasons in Philadelphia, he was also injury prone and turned the ball over too much. The colts found that out the hard way especially in the Jaguars game then the Washington commanders traded 3 third round picks for an unproven, injury prone quarterback that they're probably going to overpay again. Wentz isn't going to last on the commanders because they don't have o line and receivers and he's going to be playing the eagles with reloaded defense.
Yeah, but there were no signs that he was going to decline in the way that he did. All these QB's were mid at the time of signing, he was good, and the Commanders have made much worse moves than Wentz including many mentioned on this video.
Washington did not trade 3 first round picks.
@@jerrymejias5940 oops my bad I thought I said 3 third round picks.
Washington has receivers... McLaurin is one of the best in the game... The team just sucks in general
@@gregmeecham5903 Carson Wentz had a serious spinal compression fracture. No matter you do, how you heal or rehab, you will NEVER be the same person afterwards.

You can make the list Bradford and Flacco.
I got to say I was a little shocked to not see Sam Bradford's name on that list somewhere.
Joe Flaco is my number one.
TPS is the best sports tube channel... at gaslighting.
Osweiler is the heist. Wow.
Nah What Kirk Cousins Top 12 QB
Paid more than #1.
The definition of over rated.
12th is just 4 better than average. I'd call that mediocre.
Why is cousins here, he’s good, I clearly remember when he was a free agent, it was the “Kirk Cousins sweepstakes” so of course his value will be inflated but he’s not a bad qb and has been playing pretty well his whole career with some less than great teams
The teams are less than great because of him *LOL*
@@reallifelebowski4732 not really
No content creator or network never pass up an opportunity to shit on the Redskins
He has his moments, but overall he's average.
Flacco betting on himself was pretty cool.
TPS is basically Captain Hindsight from South Park
Idk why everyone always talks shit about Kirk Cousins. Man is a solid QB, his stats are in the top half of the nfl every year.
Thought rob johnson in buffalo would be here
No way you make this list without Sam Bradford
Kirk Cousins fourth round pick, McNabb was benched versus the Lions. Basic info
Cousins must have the best agent ever! Lol!
How about Jamarcus Russell’s 7 year contract with the Raiders?
As a niners yes jimmy g did help us to get to 2 NFC championship games but he was overpaid because we could have even better play from Trey Lance this upcoming season
Let me ask you this... If you could get MUCH BETTER play from Lance, why haven't they gotten rid of Garapollo yet?
How about Rick Mirer’s contract with the Seattle Seahawks. That guy was awful but management still gave him a contract so huge the commissioner voided it. 😅
Dak Prescott. The Cowboys keep trying to play him like he's Elite, but his true ceiling shows without a run-first mentality on the offense like they had his rookie season. He's getting Elite money right now for being a slightly better version of Kirk Cousins.
Yeah I gotta agree, Cousins is over paid but you don't see Minnesota wanting to move off him
To look at the glass half full instead of seeing under performing quarterbacks I'm seeing over performing sports agents.
As a Bears fan im here for Mike Glennon 🤦♂️🤣
You know they missed Jay Cutler
What happened to Brock Osweiler?
The Cousins hate always makes me laugh.
(I once saw Cousins miss a wide open receiver and over throw him by 30 yards) and actually hit a cheerleader in the back of the head at the DEAD BALL line in the back of the end zone - next pass was a 67 yard pick 6 - it takes a really Special Talent to do that

Was a shame is the play where Nick Foles broke his collarbone it happened with him putting a beautiful Dime of a bomb into the receiver's hands for a touchdown
You absolutely missed Rob Johnson signing with the bills after 1 start in Jacksonville.
Before that Scott Mitchell signed in Detriot .He played after Marino in Miami and had like one good game.
Yesssir
I really don't think it's fair to put Kirk here, but not Bortles.
Do you really think Kirk should have been the first player with a fully guaranteed contract? Over Rodgers, Brady, Manning, Brees, and others who could have possibly pushed for something like that at the time. You are right that Bortles belongs on this list too
so many people praised Flacco and i kept on telling them, his not the qb you think he is.
I dont get why Cousins get so hate. Like bruh nice, I hate when folks put EVERYTHING on the QB. Football is a 52 man TEAM SPORT, all cylinders plus coaching staff must be aligned. Now if its clearrrrly the QB fault like obbbvious poor games back to back to back turnovers, etc then ok but damn. What else you want KIRK to do ?
Why do people hate on Cousins. He a very good quarterback!!!
(I once saw Cousins miss a wide open receiver and over throw him by 30 yards) and actually hit a cheerleader in the back of the head at the DEAD BALL line in the back of the end zone - next pass was a 67 yard pick 6 - it takes a really Special Talent to do that

Pretty sure Cousins was a 4th round pick. Still funny that the Vikings gambled on 2 QB's in a row from Washington.
God bless
Rob Johnson and the Buffalo Bills
Flacco did deserve to be paid he won a Super Bowl and got Super Bowl mvp
You guys forgot Carson Wentz who does not deserve that money at all
Chicago Bears overpaying Jay Cutler, giving him a 7 year contract worth in the 100 million.
Since becoming a full time starter Kirk cousins has put up 4K+ yards all but one season the last 7 years.
And like in Washington half those yards were give me yards in time consuming 4th quarter garbage time.. 150 yards in the first 3 quarters and 200 in the 4th and still losing by 20
So, according to TPS, "good, not great" QBs shouldn't get paid. Well there are about, what 10-12 great QBs in the league any given year, so 20 QBs should be playing for free??
Teams over the years have proven you can win or at least get to a superbowl with a "good, not great" QB. Just have to have a good GM and Coach who know how to build a team and coach players, rather than rely on a great QB to do it. Even some of the best in the league right now have 1 superbowl to their names ie Rodgers, Mahomes, Stafford, Wilson. Whilst other "great" QBs ie Watson, Herbert, Allen, Burrow, Jackson have none. So even having a great QB doesn't mean superbowls. And its not like there are 32 Great QBs so what do you do if you have a good one? Just draft a QB every year until you get a great one and have multiple seasons of ok or awful because 90% of QBs drafted don't make it to the Great status.
Good QB with great team gives you just as a good a chance in reality.
That wasnt their point, their point was jimmy g was good not great but getting paid one of the highest in the league as if he was great. They couldve kept him as starter and gotten far less and if he didnt agree, take the loss that year to find someone else later (otherwise you just pay jimmy and still lose as they did)
Cousins' career passer rating is actually higher than Brady's, Montana's, and Marino's. Sure he hasn't won much in the playoffs but the idea that he isn't a good QB just isn't accurate.
Considering how the Carson Wentz situation went in Philadelphia the eagles should've paid and kept nick Foles. Foles wasn't going to do well in Jacksonville because its Jacksonville and they are cursed. Foles is only good in philly. The eagles should just bring back Foles since the bears released him and put him as hurts backup.
LMAO no. If we kept Foles, the collapse happens much sooner
Kirk is top 15 in the league stop saying he’s overpaid
Agree
Just cause he is slightly above average doesn't mean he should be paid like a franchise changing talent. Even with Diggs, and Theilen he was probably never top 10.
Kirk deserved that money! He’s a good QB and has great weapons. Blame the D!
I can confirm as a Vikings fan God I'm glad Zimmer and spielman are gone
Kirk didn't do anything his whole career... Joe Flaco had a better career overall... Take an objective view and you'll see that he will NEVER win a ring
More money than Rodgers? Really?
guaranting a QB signing is never a good ideas cuz u never know the future outcome will look lie
Jordan Love
Well as for flacco , he never had a WR1 and a consistent RB and plus a good o-line
Don’t forget he lost Ray Lewis and Ed Reed after 2012, so he wasn’t getting as much help on the other side of the ball either
Anquan Bolden, and Steve Smith Sr both had great years for them, and while they changed RBS often they usually got production from the position. Their o line was never really worse than average during his time. He just wasn't elite enough to make average to above average players better. He should have signed a more team friendly deal to secure a better team around himself like Brady has done a few times.
@@nstgaming631 true but they were in the downside in their career . He’d be better if he had a top 5 WR .
@@ericgarcia6264 They may have been on the "downside" of their career but I'm pretty sure both put up multiple 1000+ yard seasons which qualifies them as number one targets. Regardless of age they produced.
