I need you help please.My xbox turns off by itself when I'm playing games. Even the power adapter turns off completely. No orange light, no red light, no white. What's the problem?
If you know how to do it, you should know that when there's no power in the power supply, or something is shorting on the main power rail in them which is 12V power rail, you will have no light.
So, you'd have to speak with some expert in your local area. I fix consoles in the UK, don't know where you stay. If you don't stay here, you'll have to look for one where you stay :).
As you have an external power supply, we're talking Xbox One original which is 1540 model. If you unplug this power supply and this power supply still won't show any light, that's mean is faulty. You might be lucky by replacing only this power supply, but can't guarantee you this one, sorry :).
Thanks for this information.but The problem I have is when I keep the device at the main destination it stays turned on, but when I enter a game after about half an hour or 45 minutes. The device and the power adapter turn off completely, meaning that even the light in the power adapter turns off.
@@otmanikhaled4200 as I've said, you need a help from professional in your area. Otherwise, you can make it worst to be true. I don't know the country you stay in, but, for sure you've got professionals there. :)
