Soop-nor-mai... bamboo salad is a dish that's made during special occasions in Laos. To my knowledge it's always a dish made when we have occasions at the temple here in the United States, in my area at least...Portland Oregon

I know that restaurant so well Joel. It is one of my favorites, and I like the fact you can try many small plates of food. Plus, there's usually a guy outside selling coconut ice cream. It's in a good location too, as the university has so much green space.

I know that restaurant so well Joel. It is one of my favorites, and I like the fact you can try many small plates of food. Plus, there's usually a guy outside selling coconut ice cream. It's in a good location too, as the university has so much green space.
