The 47 investment company has greatly improved. Few yrs back I used to find their products quite unimpressive to view na most of the times nilikuwa na achia katikati. I most impressed by the living room n the sizable pantry.

I think doing such a house on a ¼ acre would be great. ⅛ is still decent but no much space
The house is beatiful and colors and makes you feel warm and cozy.. the colors are perfectly chosen... but size of rooms are small.
Kindly educate the clients during the design process like is not necessary to make all rooms ensuite.. many toilets is expensive to build and maintain their plumbing... one toilet is enough for kids rooms at upper floor... even the ground floor.. one toilet can be used both by guest room and living room... this is because is important to make room sizes spacious.
