I am in the exact same game in Houston, though I focus on the beige shade in the exact same brand (I still sell the other colors: blue, olive, light grey, dark grey). The "plug" refused to sell to me due to him already having a client in my territory, and he wanted to respect a competition clause I suppose. I've sold that charcoal black shade until it became unavailable. But bottom line... this brand and style of couch changed my entire business around in March and made it finally scalable, which I was not able to do before. I'm part of your couch flipping channel, and you were one of the original inspirations for me to get into this game last year when my family was starving and my old business was tanking in the red. I started flipping couches as a side hustle and grew it into a 6-figure income rapidly. It saved me and my family for sure.

Just got into the flipping sofa game and had some really good profit margins out of just selling 3 sofas. But now I'm at the point where market is getting saturated in my area with sofa slippers and thinking I will need to start either Bgrade or wholesale sofas by the end of the year. But I'm really motivated and got a single worker now helping me out with the cleaning. Keep up the good work man!

when you go out to deliver a couch, do you install it into their home, on the doorstep or do you ask for an additional fee for installation? love the vids man 💯
Thank you! Yes we charge extra for assembly/installation in which most customers paid for it. We give them a option to put it together themselves or pick up! But about 80% wanted delivery + assembly

Great video! My partner and I started flipping in January 2023! This month will be our biggest month! Aiming for 15K! First week of July and we are already at 5K in sales! We came across "a plug" picking up a couch actually, and got 3 sectionals at once for $1250! Going to turn it into $4600. Net profit of $3350. We don't know where or how he gets the couches, but we would love to work with a better and more reliable plug. We are in the New England market, but would love some more info if possible! Keep providing awesome content!
