- World's first FLYING CAR that can turn into a plane in less than a minute and soar along at 100mph is going on sale in the US next month
According to manufacturer Terrafugia, which belongs to the parent company of Volvo, the Transition can fly up to 400 miles (640km) at top speeds of 100mph (160kmh).
The price has not yet been determined but preliminary sales for the first of the pioneering models will begin in October, according to China's news agency Xinhua.

This is a wet dream. Let's see the prototype actually flying instead of a computer generated image.
Based on the flying mechanics, flying will not be plausible. That car looks to be around 2 tons, yet those teeny as wings would probably only hold 300 KG at the max.

To add to what @@randomguynolonger727yearsa9 is saying. It looks like a fun concept idea but it has a lot of features that make it impractical. Having only two propellers would make take off incredibly unconformable, with that size of propeller it would be nearly impossible to even get it off the ground safely, and the shape isn't doing it any favors either.
