A good few days spent with good company, delicious cookups, and (not so) good fishing… along with a few surprise visitors in the water!

PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE
This is the recipe we use and it’s usually very rough measurements, but it has never failed us! Makes us about 4 pizzas with a thinnish base.
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups plain flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Combine 1.5 cups of warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Give it a quick mix with a fork till dissolved. Set aside in a warm spot for 5 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.
Add flour and salt into a bowl. Add yeast mixture and oil and mix with a butter knife in a cutting motion to roughly combine.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until elastic.
Put dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover with cling wrap. Place in a warm, still place until dough has roughly doubled in size. (We find the inside of a car on a warm day is perfect dough-rising conditions)
Once risen knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth
Cut into separate portions and roll out into pizza bases (our go-to rolling pin is a wine bottle)
Add your favourite toppings, cook, and voila!
Another great video again and again. Guy’s do whats best for you and the kids, ie you looked a bit pooped/buggered so take a rest, chill out and slooooow down. I get so much enjoyment from you sharing your day/travel’s with me/us but please don’t ever feel you have to push and push to be able to get content for your video. I can honestly say, for me its about you two and your family interactions and what you get up to, rather than you trying to show me many different locations in the one video. Thanks for bringing a smile to my dial. Oh one other thing, i had to show my wife “Scar cam” as we have a granddaughter named Scarlett.
Cheers mate! It was a bit of a rough patch those few days but I think thats because we were putting too much pressure on ourselves to keep in a routine, which isnt easy on the road haha
Yes! Scar loves the camera and really enjoys making her own videos, always asking if its going to go on the CZcams!

Enjoying your episode, think your dog needs a longer lead ,we have a 2o mtr lead and if she gets anxious we just shorten it ,we have a bullmastiff/akita and she doesn't like other animals we have been travelling 12mths safe travels guys 👍🐕
Haha was actually on our to-buy list before we left! We have recently got one for beach walks and camps where we dont have people near us 😊
Great to find you. We collect our Titanium in September. I think you need to be not too hard on yourselves, 3 kids and a dog, you’re both doing amazing. I’m sure as it’s early days, you’ll find what works for your family. It’s hard work and a lot of effort goes into doing the editing of these videos. Keep doing what you do and it’s okay to take a break, most people understand and those that don’t, they can move along lol😅

Do you have to book rapid bay or just show up and hope for the best?
Yeah mate especially in peak Dec/Jan. And the gate is manned so if you do just rock up theres a number to call at the gate
Rapid bay isnt free camping you got to pay buy calling up
Wauraltee Beach is though 😏
@@Kings_Offgrid nah you pay for a permit and you can use that on any yokes beach on the coast
The Wauraltee Beach Campground behind the dunes is included in that permit so yes you have to pay for that one, but if you are camping on the beach itself it is completely free as long as you are self contained
