Hi I’ve have a question, I have bronze 20p which I have found in my change , where can I confirm if it Real ? And if it worth any think , can you help?
Hi Shaun, you'd need to send it to The Royal Mint to confirm it is a genuine error. It would be great if you had found one, because they're incredibly rare! Feel free to use your blog on the bronze 20p to help you out: www.changechecker.org/2017/11/22/the-truly-unique-bronze-20p-error-coin/
Sometimes the banks do have specail £5coins but very rarely ie royal wedding
Fantastic! I have a question for another video, How rare are the £100 coins and will there be more in circulation?
Great question, Finlay! We've got some more Q&A videos planned, so we'll make a note of this question!
What is change for 5 pound
I have a Prince of Wales and lady Diana Spencer £5 coin. What is the approximate value?
I’ve got a question; when are you going to sell change checker trading cards?
At the moment we're unable to sell them, but we have lots of Trading Card giveaways planned so that you can be in with the chance of getting your hands on some! Stay tuned :)
What is the mintage figures of the 2019 50p Paddington Bear
I tried looking on the Royal Mint website for you, but it appears they haven't released the mintage figures of them yet. If you have any I say why not keep them and you might be surprised when they come out 👍
I think the cathedral one will be more common
I think the towers and cathedral will be more common than the palace and station ones. I cant find the palace ones doe anything
Haii this is so cool!
Quick question: Could you ask your local post office if they have any £5 coins they can exchange?
Also, I have only one £5 coin which is the Millennium 2000..its absolutely stunning and looks like a £2 coin on steroids 😂😂.
I always wondered if you guys would ever make ID cards for £5 coins for the CC album, but at the same time trying to complete all £5 designs would cost a fortune, especially at the rate they come out these days 😂
Great Video guys 👍
Hi Barry,
Whilst you could ask them (there's never any harm in trying!) it would be unlikely that your local Post Office would have £5 coins to hand to exchange, as they are commemorative-only issues now.
Our ID cards are designed for our circulating coins, and whilst certain ,older £5 coins are technically 'circulation' quality, they can't typically be found in your change, like the other coins on the ID cards can be.
Glad to hear you liked the video :)
What’s the rarest £5 coin
Great question! The Queen Anne £5 issued in 2014 is currently the rarest. Just 12,181 of these coins were struck in Brilliant Uncirculated presentation packs!
Hello I've been told I've won an Agatha Christie coin , you said to send an email which I did but no reply . Can you tell me what to do now .
Hi Marilyn, we have sent your coin out to you :) Thanks, Alex
Thank you very much i never win anything I love Agatha Christie 💕
The first British £5 coins were minted in 1820 for George III, That should have been your answer to your fist question.
What are £5 coins made of?
The millennium has 3 different ones, 1999, 2000 and 2000 with the dome mint mark
Great coin knowledge! You're right! We missed this one.
@@ChangeChecker sorry I didn't try to make you look silly but I thought I would inform people about it and I also have all three
Nice knowledge P man!
Where £5 coins in circulation and if they where why where they removed
They were originally in circulation in their previous tariff of a Crown (or 25p), but the 25p was discontinued in 1981 because it became far too expensive to create a coin of such little monetary value, in such a big size.
i have 7 of them 😎😎😎
And it looks diffrent from the royal mint one 🤔🤔🤔
