What size table are they playing on ? Please don't tell me it's a 3.5 x 7 ft table. Playing on tables that size is akin to changing the height of the rim for professional basketball players to about 8 or 8 1/2 ft instead of 10 feet. I'm losing my faith in humanity here.

EXACTLY. It does not look like one, it IS a foul. I talked about this on facebook and in my local poolhall. Some semi-pros say that they must play whithout touché fouls, it would be normal in the US, as opposed to Europe. Whats your take on this guys? Is Bustamente just not calling his foul, is he not noticing it (really unlikely) is nobody noticing it (even more unlikely) or do they play whithout touché fouls?
