      All is to be thrown away. Does not say to bring the leaven back in the house after the 7 days. You dont bring that old sin back in the house. Start with fresh products with leaven because that leaven for that year represents sin. Shalawam

      I'm going to assume, It's in observance of passover. Pass over isn't celebrated all year long. It's a period of time set apart for reflection of the Jews struggles coming out of Egypt. Just do the best you can.
      I can't remove all the leven out of where I live because it's not my house. I can't butcher a lamb. I don't live in an area where things are kosher. So I can't participate in the meal. This is the first year I will choose to abstain from products that have it.
      God understands your heart and mind. He knows the ppl that love him. All this falls under the old covenant.
      Jesus and Faith by grace is the new covenant. Nothing we do gets us to God. It's Jesus'finished works at the cross. I'm doing it out of respect for God and the ppl he loves. To remind myself of the struggles, where Jesus came from, who God was and still is. He's the God of impossible.
      Jesus did, so I could try too, without having to be perfect. Praise God.

    • @TheWorkFromHomeWifeofAtlanta
      @TheWorkFromHomeWifeofAtlanta  Před 3 měsíci +7

      No I do not because air has to be beaten into them for them to leaven...they can't leaven without manipulation or leaven on their own like yeast, baking soda, baking powder, soda ash, etc.

      @@TheWorkFromHomeWifeofAtlanta baking soda causes a chemical reaction The scriptures talk about yeast which causes a fermentation and a rise in the bread you can make bread rise with almost anything I don't believe the baking soda and baking powder is what scripture is talking about I believe it's the yeast that causes the bread to ferment and then rise The fermentation has a lot of spiritual aspect to Leaven.
      Could you imagine if you had a farm and had to get rid of all the animal food that has baking soda or baking powder in it or Brewer's yeast I don't think it works like that

    What about getting a lamb on the tenth day of the Hebrew month and slaughtering it on the 14th day of the Hebrew month at twilight like God commanded the people of Israel in Exodus 12? Just wondering, do you go to Jerusalem for the feasts ever?

      Hi, We do things according to scripture. We separated the Lamb on April 3rd according to scripture. Killed the Lamb on April 7th as instructed by The Most High. We count feast days by the Full Moon. Also some people start their count a month to early or a month to late. Some count from the dark moon which is incorrect. But we did all according to scripture and none remained until the morning. Lamb 1 yr old male with their organs inside as instructed with bitter herbs

      Hello...The comment above already covered the lamb...As far as going to Jerusalem, the scriptures say to bethink ourselves 👉🏽 IN THE LAND OF OUR CAPTIVITY👈🏽 ...Remember who we are, repent and keep the laws where we are captive...
      1 Kings 8:47 -
      [47]Yet if they shall bethink themselves in the land whither they were carried captives, and repent, and make supplication unto thee in the land of them that carried them captives, saying, We have sinned, and have done perversely, we have committed wickedness;

    I think for the New Testament removing all the leaven would be searching your heart and fasting and praying and asking The HOLY SPIRIT to show us and reveal to us all unrighteousness so that we can be purge of sin and cleanse through confession and JESUS cleansing us of all unrighteousness. I don’t think throwing bread and all leaven would help if the true leaven isn’t confronted and dealt with according. I think we have to be careful and not have a form of godliness and deny the power thereof.

      No. What you speak of is metaphorical. The Most High's commandments are literal and direct and meant to be taken as such, in the physical sense. There is no obfuscation or any such thing to lead you in any other direction. The commandments are clear and concise. What you speak of sounds like faith without works, for which we know is dead. You have to put forth the effort to obey the laws.

      Spoiled lean not to your own understanding. If you’re just learning and trying your best is different. I moved all mines that doesn’t spoil to garage out of my house. All that isn’t savageable I threw out. I’m new to Passover so I did research and what I still have in here I got out. I did my best that’s why I have to go congregate with my brethren and learn.

      1 Thessalonians 5:21
      [21]Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
      Hello...As the say prove all things...And here is the scripture to prove you are to remove leaven out your house...
      Exodus 12:15
      [15]Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven 👉🏽out of your houses👈🏽: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.
      Luke 16:17
      [17]And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.
      - Heaven and Earth have not passed, therefore all that is written in the law is not done away with. And removing leaven was written in the law so it must be done in order to keep the law.
      Matthew 5:18
      [18]For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
      - All has not been fulfilled. Christ has not returned to redeem his people. Heaven and Earth are still here. Therefore NOTHING of the law shall change.
      Romans 2:13
      [13](For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
      - If you are NOT doing(performing) the law, you are NOT justified. Therefore remove the leaven out your house as the scriptures say.
      Romans 7:12
      [12]Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
      - The law is holy and the commandments are holy. The law tells you to remove leaven. Do as the scriptures say.
