- Why You should give Banana every day to your child ?
1. Banana is rich in calories, easily digestible, and acts like a natural sweetener to make your baby's food more tasty.
2. It is also a vital source of Ca2+, Zinc, folate, vitamin B6, vitaminB12, and potassium.
3. Ripe Bananas are one of the best food for Constipation as it has a good amount of fiber.
4.It can be given at various stages of your child’s growth, U can start banana at 6 -month as the first food for baby.
You can also give it as finger food at 9months once the baby learns mouthing, i.e. picking food and putting it in mouth or as a fruit salad, Banana are an absolute delight as a smoothie or lassi by adding it in milk or curd
So please keep banana as a healthy option every day in your child’s meal plan

That's fine. No need to worry as baby is already taking a variety of other food items , hence will be getting adequate nutrients.
Banana 🍌 u can try later and try to give it mixed with milk after 1year.

Yes, you can give banana, it doesn't cause cough and cold, but avoid it when cough and cold is already there

I gave my 6 month baby banana for the first time . I made puree n gave him same food for 2 days . 3 days he didn't poop . Then he later he had a bad time in pooping. His stools were hard in pebbles n he screamed so bad to poop . Why is it so ? I gave him elaichi banana . The small one
Yes some babies can get Constipation like features with banana ..specially if it is not fully ripe...
What u can do for now is pls introduce fiber rich food like spinach, sweet potato and broccoli..this will make stools soft...
Later after few months give Banana once stool is regularly soft..but make sure it is fully ripe and mix with some thing like poha or rice or other fruits to avoid Constipation.
