    Using the 10mm socket to remove the fog lights is absolute genius. It makes it so simple and quick. You guys in these videos are awesome. Thanks for the help.

      Went as planned. The lights are great. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to upgrade!

    For what those lights cost, they should include the plastic mounting tabs and adjuster. "We're going to glue it in" (?!) To me, that says bad fit on the replacement lights as it wasn't loose when you took it out of the stock housing. And don't forget, as these trucks get older, and see more road grime, this plastic will become more brittle. You can just look at it wrong sometimes and it will break.

      Definitely a good idea, although not every vehicle will need those for the install. I will pass this up the chain and hopefully they will be able to get that revised!👍

    With the upgrade in fog lights the hole was made too large. You suggested using glue... I used Gorilla tape on the housing of the light as where the clip touches little strips and it fits snugly.

    I am confused , I bought replacement fog lights for 2011 GMC Sierra Crew Cab Z71 SLE 4x4 we just bought few weeks ago. They seem to fit right into the 3 holes in the above video like you did, however mine dont "CLICK" into place, seem to be to small to the holes ending in all 3. Otherwise fit perfectly. Help please, AJ.

    Will this work on the Yukon 2011 Denali? The lights are terrible , both the fog lights and the headlights !

      That is a good question! We get this product from the manufacturer Morimoto, that would be a great question for them! Let us know if you need anything else!

    Mine didn't have fog lights to begin with so I need to buy the grommets separately. I've found that the plastic piece has a part number 11570830, but can't find anything for the adjustment screw. Anyone know a part number for this piece?

    • @HeadlightRevolution
      @HeadlightRevolution  Před 2 lety +1

      We don't know, sorry!

    • @hmata3
      @hmata3 Před 2 lety

      No worries. It looks like the fog lights will take three of these plastic grommets above. Hopefully this housing comes with the screw adjustment. If not, then it shouldn't be too difficult to Jerry-rig something up

      Yes they can be adjusted and dialed in perfectly.

    ummm why not send them small plastics to avoid dislikes from people

      David G for the same reason they didn't bother to make the screw fit tightly; they don't care about the consumer.

    • @blackbass4u2c
      @blackbass4u2c Před 4 lety +1

      @@alaska56098 I used little strips of Gorilla tape where the clips touch the light housing and they fit perfectly after simple correction. The hole was made too big... just don't use glue as suggested that isn't a good idea... you might need that clip later.

    • @warrenturnbull3436
      @warrenturnbull3436 Před rokem

      Because then they wouldn’t be able to make money off you when you break them and need to buy new replacement one
