I think that the war between ghost and shadow was kind of a civil war within the io and Midas lead the revolution.
I think Midas was a former employee who staged a war to expose island inhabitants to the truth of what's going on
What if the io created the zero point midas could be a secret io worker and then betrayed doctor Slone like Jones maybe midas is a memeber of the seven because he tried to break the loop In the season 6 event Galactus was trying to give us the old map back bunker jonsey could be a secret agent working for another secret organization because in the season X loading screen Bunker Jonesy predicted the future and the io was unknown so there might be another secret organization that we don't know about . And the guy that they predicted was jonesy father looked like men in black so there could be a possible Men in Black crossover in the future.

Guys okay I do not know if this has anything to do with the storyline but in the CHERUB book series, in the second book a person who works for M15 is named John Jones and he helps the kids do their job, fortnite community do your thing. Find out if this important or not.
I have a theory that Gino is actually John Jones and when Gino was first coming to the island the Original John Jones was one of the copies. Gino probably needed an expendable agent to do things for him, and who better then himself

Something cool I spotted as well! Jonesy's father and him both wear silver rings on their left hand's fourth finger. Not sure why it wasn't pointed out in the vid though, it's the most obvious clue. Check out Jonesy's official suit skin from Season 6: Primal Season for a look at the ring and compare the two. It could also be his grandfather but it makes more sense for him to be his canon father. It would also make sense why Jonesy worked for the IO before turning his back: he followed orders to please his father, bringing newcomers to the island and increasing the violence. After realizing the horror that he has committed in keeping players slaves to the island royale he turns his back on his father's organization and attempts to liberate everyone: resulting at the end of the season either with John Jones dying for the cause or total annihilation as quoted by Dark Jonesy. I'm having so much fun theorizing and I'm glad Fortnite is starting to get a concise story.

Well, technically the story has always existed, we're just seeing more and more about it come to light and whatnot. I don't think we know why the loop exists, so we shouldn't make assumptions about it and how it's 'evil' or whatnot. And I don't think Jonesy's missions were ever to bring more skins/ characters to the island, that's probably something done "Naturally" or by other IO members/ sections.
So far, I think that if the person in the photo is Geno or atleast a High ranking IO member who is Jonesy's father, then Jonesy is probably one of those "I'm not 100% qualified for this job, but I got in purely because I have a rich and powerful father" type situations. Not to say that Jonesy is dumb or anything, but he definitely isn't as professional as Slone.
I personally think Jonesy's hundreds of missions are more about studying Reality Zero and making sure everything is alright more than dragging more characters in. For example, Bunker Jonesy's mission was to jump into the Zero Point and see what happened. And perhaps scuba jonesy's mission was to see what's going on underwater. And also, scuba jonesy was a battle pass skin that came in Chapter 2 season 3, which came straight after the Device Event. So he could also have come to check if everything was alright after that madness.
And in the days leading up to the Zero Bloom Live Event where Jonesy betrayed IO, it didn't seem like he betrayed them out of horror of what they've done. But because for some reason, IO weren't trying to do anything to stop the Zero Point from blowing up, so he disobeyed their orders to hide and called in their archenemy, The Seven to come and save the Zero Point.

My theory: This may have been patched already but i noticed that the ping system acted glitchy for some time. i pinged a particular place but the ping went all the way through the ground so even if i was standing above it i still see '50m' from it. it might have been relating to next season being underground.

I remember that there was a quest in season 6 where you had to kill one of the spire guards or whatever and they dropped this io necklace and since each spire guards was assigned a spire with one of those io symbols it shows that the sisters are something that passes frpm generation to generation

Cause I died in like a canyon area but I’m not good at building on a mountain side, I also had the sidewise syth , but I hadn’t mastered using it so I was just jumping around trying to not die to (maybe you) or storm, yet I died anyway cause my elbow was in the storm for a millisecond to long

My Guess was that midas, jonsey and the foundation would work together to stop the io members and there would be a dramatic scene like, I'm your father jone ( a nickname his father might call him ). Midas is like jonsey, an ex employee,

My theory: The island is going to be breaking down at the end of the season, because if the cube Queen, and there will be 1 hole in the ground, The Grotto. This will be fully drained and we will fall through it, into the chapter 3 map, kind of what John Jones did when he flew into the Zero Point in the season 5 trailer

The fact you said that one of the 6 symbols is on the spire towers might confirm that the spire guardian might be one of the sisters, the way I prove this is in chapter 2 season 6 the tire 100 skin was the spire guardian and a built in emote came with it than takes of her mask, revealing a girl with white hair and black skin but idk 🤷♀️ if it’s true or not

@@destroyerz123 This is also my theory. Her rebellion probably started when we saw her mask on the desk in the vault during the Season 8 event. Then ditched them at the Season 9 event after defeating The Devourer. I have a headcanon that the Foundation's AI (or something like Cortana and Master Chief) is Singularity.

I have a theory on how the chapter is going to end. The convergence explodes to send a sideways shockwave through the island. And the explosion exposes the zero point. Then the foundation comes to us telling us we have to get to the zero point. Then he has to sacrifice himself to explode the zero point because resetting it didn't work.

I always knew that the reason they were called "outfits" not skins was because there was a default inside of them. Its good that it exaplains that the defaults are IO personel.

Theory when dark Jones says sacrifice and loss or annihalation it may be based on the funding of guns
Some of the guns are bad some are good depending on how much good or bad it would lead to one of the paths

Theory: The Visitor, Scientist, Paradigm, and the foundation were all part of the IO and the sisters are Slone and Mari and Geńo is the founder of the IO, all making up the 7 logos of the IO.
Two things: if you look inside the CSI in the imposters game mode there is another member of the 7 named: the prisoner and since the runes are on the spires and they’re connected to the spire assassin and in her skin description it says guardian of a world beyond reality.
The Prisoner is the Chapter 1 Season 7 Secret Skin, and he has nothing to do with The Seven

I mean Raven already revealed there was a spirit world when she told us to place a soul crystal on top of a mountain in order for her to tune into in properly.
What if each sister from the IO controls each Fortnite map, which means there is six Fortnite maps and six owner’s/sisters that control them, it also means that Slone didn’t control the old map but a different sister did. That’s also why Slone doesn’t want this map to get destroyed because she will lose her job, but she might get it back since the black hole doesn’t destroy the map but it just remakes, but we also don’t know if there will be another black hole. So anything could happen.
I have a add on to one of these theories: T5G said that only two of the IO symbols have been seen one on doctor slone and one on the towers. My theory is that the spire guardian was another one of the sisters since she was a boss at one point and she is the only person besides the spire immortal that could be linked too the spire towers (the spire immortal could possibly be geno since he’s the only other character linked to the spire too but that one is less likely)
Imma say this as not racist I can, spire guardian and doctor Slone look like they could be sisters.

The Foundation was trapped in the loop in the Batman/Fortnite: Foundation one-shot comic book, he then escaped by being the winner while in the center of the storm, it was not clear how long had passed, but a Snapshot should have been created

Oml I said something like the Queen theory on one of the last videos how it was like Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls) and how the cube queen probably couldn't go further than the sideways 😂
The idea of the cube queens army not being able to destroy the island right away but needs the sideways shows that season 9 has to happen at least vecause the event causes that but then the io and the seven and maybe Midas will make it happen so they can push it back in certain areas making it so the sideways moves in slowly destroying the island because they can at least do something

Hey just some thought on how the love event might happen what I think is that the io and the cube queen fight but mean while we have jonsey or however you spell his name and blevin and we all sit and watch and destroy them both but thats just my thought💜

If you remember the chapter 5 marvel trailer, the trailer ends with the map flipping implying that we were on the flip side in the marvel season and why the heli carrier and the marvel pois have dissapeared
see the grotto is where i become confused, they had all of the stages of water sinking, the teasers, ect. for the grotto to come back on the old map or the chapter 3 map, but it never did. i wonder if maybe they had planned for it to come back, but it just never went through, or if it still might come back. maybe even the grotto is where the io is digging to get to the new map! all theories though so idk
