Seems to me that you left out or skipped a few steps. You didn't edge the sidewalk and you didn't weed out the cracks either. My crew would be fired if they didn't do any better than that.
Quality and attention to detail don’t care who lives there. My crews are expected to provide the same level of quality whether it’s a $50 yard or a $250 yard.
People who cut grass as an adult job have to be the dumbest people ever. Like if you do landscaping with it ok that’s challenging but to stand on the back or sit on a mower it’s just not.
