The spiderman webs were honestly the best update in chapter 3 and easily the most memorable right next to the loot plant

I definitely prefer the old style of events where you just were a normal player watching stuff happen. The interactive stuff falls flat because it doesn’t matter and takes away from the spectacle. Final showdown (monster v mech fight) is still the best event of all time

season 1 was the best season in chapter 3, the webs, winterfest was amazing and the map wasso good and underated

I forgot the “teamwork” rebooting or revive goes faster when two or three people help. And collecting teammate reboot card when down
throwable launch pads is so underrated. It made it so people didnt just have 15 launch pads in end game and everyone just running away from fights. now people just use them as soon as they get them for some quick mobility without overuse
If Fortnite wasn’t dumb and just capped the launch pads at 2, then it wouldn’t be overused.
Lachy, you're really the goat at Fortnite content and you were one of the main reason the game itself is so alive! The 2022 PWR drop was fire and I have high hopes for the 2023 official PWR Jersey!!! I actually enjoyed the Christmas update a good bit this chapter, but I completely agree on all the other holiday updates. absolute DOG!
The only thing about chapter 3 that I really hated was that it was so short, and that the end event was a little too long
I agree. If Ch2 ended after season 4, and went straight into ch3, we wouldn't have gotten bounties, bars, the sand biome, bows, UFOs, crafting, sideways weapons or even the island flipping! It would have just been the marvel characters fly away, fades into a dark screen, downtime begins.
I think Chapter 3 was really good, but the only thing not making it the best was that it got boring in the middle of each season.

The best update of the chapter for me was when they added the octane. Big fan of RL and seeing that in there with the ability to air roll and flip was peak fortnite, great job. I also love the goo gun lmao, me and my buddies won multiple games in a row just using that, yes it’s annoying but it’s hilarious watching a dude completely covered and not able to do anyone except panic. Those are the updates that brought me back to play
This isn't a bad tier list. It's alright but imo the battle Royal island creative thing is more of an S tier cuz it's kind of similar to custom games in which you need a content creator to really enjoy it
Man really put the most overpowered shotgun and smg in the game in the bottom two tiers! Also the winter update for this chapter was the best ever, loved that update!

I feel the exact same as you with the zero build stuff, even though the sweats are annoying, building is what makes fortnite fortnite more than anything, more than story, guns, the map, building revolutionized battle royales forever, and tbh, my aim isn’t that good, so I need some cover.

Mantle and sprint have to be the best as they’re the only things we still have and they help counter infinite crackers, get to zone, move around the map faster, get out of a box, slide and shoot someone, love it
Pretty good list, but two things you missed were the revamp to the LMG and the 40vs40 mode.

Port-a-bunkers, evo chrome assault rifle, prime shotgun, and the spider webs were my favorites of this chapter!!
The heavy shotgun was hard to use, but once you got used to it, it’s amazing

mostly agree, i love starwars so...... lightsabers and e-11 blasters r my fav things to have in the game. and on a less popular note i hate zero build (but i was also forced to play it by my ex who was bad at builds, and i had just gotten good at builds and edits)

Honestly my guess for the new movement controls are probably rolling, just imagine your in a fight and you need to dodge a shot, just being able to roll away and then kill him after, nice.
The melee items in creative do have rolling movement, as well as lightsabers, so you may be onto something.

I’m definitely going to miss this chapter, we have had some really good additions. However, I think chapter 4 will be a great new start to fortnite and we will be getting tons of content!

I agree with the list but… the summer event I would have put it in “ayo what is this” it was literarily the worst event of all time.

Ngl still can’t believe fortnite has been out for 5 years in my own opinion this chapter was way better than chapter 2 and 1. But my favorite season of chapter 2 was season 8 because me and my friend was getting so many wins that season!!!
The DMR and Cobra DMR were and still are some of the best weapons in the game

i can say its chapter 5 right now and you can walk with bandages shields and medkit now chapter 3 was amazing and chapter 4 actually got augments to the game and the og legendary pump changed names to sharp tooth and had a bit lower damage
