I did some cleaning that I don't usually do 🙁 I oxidized towels, washed curtains, wiped the bathroom with alcohol...
I tried out some of the cleaning methods I got from Instagram.
There are still a lot of areas that I haven't gotten around to yet, so I'm hoping to clean them little by little towards the end of the year.

Yea, it is inspiring but for a short time. I think you need to be raised in discipline , and japanese are well known , clean, on time and everything must be perfect. To be honest, this kind of life is not for me. Cute to watch tho.

My Japanese grandmother is 88 yrs old and is the one the best woman I know!! You have made me appreciate my heritage EVEN more! My grandma has been in the US for over 60 years and I love surprising her with Japanese goodies! You’ve become conversation topic when I talk to her about things you do that I never understood why my grandma does or I tell her the things you cook. It’s great! I know my grandma enjoys it!
I'm a lazy individual but when watch you clean or cook, I find my daily tasks easier and rewarding. 💖
* For the cleaning part * : my grandmother often uses the mixture of water and ammonia in a spray bottle on glasses and mirrors, because passing it with a cloth it dries immediately and does not leave streaks and if used in the right percent, it prevents condensation on these surfaces

Also very good is 1/2 white distilled vinegar + 1/2 water + little dish soap (few drops to 1/4 tsp) in a spray bottle. It will remove oils and mineral buildup. You can add rubbing alcohol too if you want a streak free glass cleaner. Vinegar is an alkaline deodorizer and mild disinfectant. :)

I admire very much the time you give to yourself to eat well and nourish yourself. When I lived alone, I found it very difficult to cook a meal just for myself. I opted for salads, lots of fruit and yogurt. Only when friends visited, then I'd cook and enjoy a meal with them.
You made me smile when you were sitting in the park, looking at dogs coming out of the cars. I love dogs and seeing their excitement when they get out of their owner's car to then go on a nice walk. Bisous. 🥰🪴

A cleaner with vinegar and a dry towel is good for mirrors. A trick my mother showed me if you want glass windows or vases to sparkle is a vinegar based cleaner and use old newspapers instead of a cloth. It works.
The ladies did that before paper towels were invented.
Today I am struggling to motivate myself to clean and cook but Nami's videos always help 💖

On most of the surfaces I use a vinegar mix to clean. When dry it doesn't smell, it prevents mold and mildew, I use it in the wash ( all colors,) restroom, kitchen. Never use on wood unless it is fake. Works wonders on mirrors and glass. One part vinegar to two parts water and I add a dash of peroxide on hard to clean surfaces. If you add dish soap to the mix it cleans glasses and dishes to a shine. Never use it on metal pots and pans nor nonstick. This has saved me tons of money, I mix my own to what I like and it is environmentally safer as I have pets. Enjoyed watching your weekend and wishing you an enjoyable weekend, take care.
Idk why vinegar is so Good with everything, from cleaning and washing. I Add vinegar to my load and my clothes smells nice and clean.
