These situations are HORRIBLE for the hobby we love. Sports Card Theft is not a joke. You will be caught. Sports Card Market has us in shambles when we see this type of BS. No room for it.
Welcome to Day 4 Of The Toronto Sports Card Expo. Most crowded day for a card show? A Saturday. So many vintage sports cards, nhl cards, hockey cards, michael jordan cards, collections, collectors, and more. This video packed in a lot of sports card deals, some funny moments. We caught the guy on camera admitting he stole sports cards.
How can we prevent this from happening to card shops, and card collectors? Be aware and speak up.

Retired cop here.......theft over $5,000 that's indictable. Should be jail time but he's lucky he's in Canada. weak sentencing here the days.
HONESTLY I WOULD LOVE TO GO TO JAPAN AND WATCH A BASEBALL GAME IN PERSON BECAUSE SEEING THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE PASSION THE FANS HAVE FOR THE GAME I THINK IT WOULD BE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE..

The thief stole it from the guys dorm room couple months ago. Then decided to sell it at the show, not realizing that the guy he stole from is huge in the hobby especially in Toronto. Lol that thief pissed his pants when the cops came

How do they know those are his cards? It sucks how they were stolen should not be happening.
most likely it was graded cards that was stolen so all you have to do is check the slab's serial number and if that matches the ones in your account to that graded company's site

The blue line version doesn’t mean anything. A lot of people say it’s the first version of his rookie and that isn’t true. If anything the blue line cards were printed later on in the run since the lines were more than likely made from printing plate wear. The odds are that the o pee chee Gretzky cards that were closer to the first runs would have sharper edges and not have blue lines.

70% comps...how does that even happen. I go to shows every single weekend all over the place and not once has anyone ever actually sold anything for 70% comps. must be nice to get them. love your vids but damn hearing that left bad taste in my mouth

My local shop was the best they used to catch pokemon card thieves by calling their mums and having them work the debt off sorting cards(as it was the 90's for every booster bought the kids could kick the thief up the arse)

I had a friend from Scotland send me some snacks from over there and I tried the ketchup chips. They weren't my favorite. One flavor chips I thought was going to be gross was Haggis flavored chips but they were actually pretty good. Look up haggis and see what it is.

Aloha Mojo - Sorry about the Kings amigo, but Curry is Curry and one of the greatest players of all time. I love this Video in particular, because of the women collectors. Seems most are men, but I loved the Lady living next door to the UFC fighter and the women afterwards with the Pele and Ronaldo - she was awesome.
