Hi. My Dad saw bombs go off on Christmas Island in the early 1960s, he was in the Royal Engineers. A bit of history.
1) I was diagnosed with *Stage 3 Colon Cancer* when I was 25... so while you may believe it's an "old people cancer". It may be most common amongst those 50+ but that is changing drastically! And it's because "they" are poisoning us thru our food - ie. dyes, "preservatives", SUGAR! etc etc
2) The colonoscopy prep (the stuff you have to drink) is NOT the same as it used to be. There are multiple options - Gatorade+MiraLAX, Magnesium Citrate and, yes, some even offer a "pill" form/option. I don't know of any that prescribe that big jug still.
Kelly is beautiful, Jack is the man. Mum and dad are fucking legends!!! Long live the Osbournes!!!!!

That would be because billy and ozzy are genuine close friends and billy is able to help flow / control the direction of conversation which ozzy will probably find wuite comforting. Im not the most keen on billy but he brings a brightness out in ozzy they are entertaining together

@@lindaireland2751it started as a neck injury after he fell from an ATV years ago. The original doctor botched his surgery. He’s now had several surgeries to repair what was done to him. He’s been very vocal about it. I’m sure you can find many articles about it. His most recent surgery was within past few months
Thank You for saying that. My son is an MD in LA who worked through Covid until the end of it! He was in his 20’s then. I don’t think most people know how hard they work & how stressful being a Physician is. So TY for your sweet words ♥️

A nurse here in Boston ma just drove off the top parking lot of the garage of the hospital. She fell asleep while the car was on and her words were " I'm Just So Exhausted " 😢 They deal with so much in the medical field and don't get the credit they deserve. Thank your son for everything he does for me... I'm a patient at MGH and have degenerative bone disease and spinal stenosis so I know how hard they work! 💜💜💜

Ozzys done more in his life so far than I could do in 2 or 3 lifetimes.
Also, Ozzy is the Prince of Darkness and so if you think of all the places hes been to, the people he has met, the things he has got up to then you can forgive him for sitting back a bit on this one.
The mans a tough Brummie but he hasnt been well. Hes a miracle of nature just for enduring all that he has put his body through over the years.
I just think its cool that they had an ER Dr on as a guest. Not many pods ever have that.
They are always pushing the boundaries and never stagnate.
Tbh, I luv it even when theres no guest and they just sit around as a family and shoot the breeze. Its never boring to me and I feel that im almost part of their family for the duration of the pod (they wouldnt have me 😂🤣).
Ive been really unwell the last 2-3 years and have been in and out of hospital + can hardly leave the home because of my condition and having no immune system so their pod is a little escapeism for me + the thing with the pets etc i luv cause its relatable to me as me and the wife sometimes disagree about the fact that im bottom of the pecking order in the home after our Chihuahua & cat 😂🤣😂

It may be good to keep him engaged with activities, even if he doesn't always totally feel like it in the moment. I hope he doesn't hate it. But I think he probably starts getting bored & depressed when hes just around the house with nothing to do but focus on his ailments.

considering all of the medical stuff he's had to go through over the past few years I'd imagine it's rather uncomfortable and a bit triggering perhaps. He said it himself at 38 minutes in!
Hes never excited about ANY of these conversations. He hates them he always looks absolutely miserable. I keep saying hes not gonna keep joining them for much longer more.

Thank god for ER doctors and staff. I was hit by a car when I was 15. I had to have my skull drilled because I had two different brain bleeds. I also have a rod in my leg because of a compound fracture. I would have lost my life if they didn’t respond as quickly as they did.
The emergency responders weren’t educated on the appropriate treatment or the appropriate hospital to take me too. I don’t hold it against them they were younger and uneducated. Both hospitals were equidistant. One had a world renowned neurological department the other didn’t.

During the colonoscopy discussion Ozzy was trying to say that there are pills you can take now for prep for the procedure. You don't have to drink the nasty jug of juice anymore.

I have stage 4 Endometriosis, and a neurological condition called Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, so i end up in the ER waaaaaay more than other people do. ER drs are so important, i cant even imagine everything they have to see and do.
I also watch arrest videos a lot, and ive seen countless intoxicated ppl be HORRIBLE to ER staff, its super shocking to me

There was a court case, not too long ago of a lady who put eyedrops in another ladies drink several times and she ended up passing away. Scary

I love my Walter. i got him at a shelter, and the adoption fee for him was only $1.75 because nobody wanted him he had been passed up for years because he is so serious . He is the best dog i ever had. He may have been at a discount but he is worth a million.

This was a nice change of pace. It's cool to hear from an ER doctor and more than that, to hear and see the Oz family interact with a normal-ass person. There's too much butt stuff in emergency medicine. If it doesn't have a flared base, don't put it in your butt. Relying on a string isn't always enough, a flared base is best. Everyone knows how it got in, no matter what you try to tell your doctors and nurses.
Haha. Boogers were my big gross-out thing when taking care of kids. There are so many boogers in childcare. So, so many. Too many. Once one of the kids wiped his nose on the TV. Cleaning a huge screen while laughing and gagging with a toddler cackling to the point of falling in their diapered ass behind you is an experience. Kiddo's never living it down, even now as an adult.

I burned my eyeball with a curling iron. My entire eye turned completely white. I went to the hospital in an ambulance, because my eye went blind and dried out. Over 10 doctors and nurses came in to take a look at it, because they had never seen that before. They took me to surgery and scraped off the top outer layer of the burn ( yes on my eyeball). It took about 2 weeks to heal. I had an eye patch on the good eye (Dr.'s orders) for the two weeks so I wouldn't get a lazy eye, so I basically couldn't see out of either eye. Anyway I am fine now. My vision is fine.
Think this episode might've had a warning .. too gross for me and I worked in the medical field. Much respect & gratitude to the doc and all those who work in ER's everywhere.

Docs and nurses are true healing angel soldiers from God. I've had some close calls in the past two years and idk where I'd be right now without them. Including the EMTs. God bless them all 🙏🙌🫂❤️

My son has been an MD since he was 26. Very young. He’s at Cedars in LA right now. He absolutely LOVED Anatomy. He went Med school in Philly & they throw students into Anatomy first thing. (I believe it’s a weeding-out procedure, meaning if you can’t stand taking a cadaver apart, you should quit now cause it only gets tons worse….)
😂😂😂 My dad was an x-ray tech, and the string is probably a good idea! Lmao Also, beware of suction. A glass coke bottle will have to have a small hole drilled in to the bottom of the bottle, due to suction, in order to avoid surgery.

Very interesting episode. I find medical facts/stories very fun to hear/read about for some reason. The ER is very fascinating - my mom worked there as a nurse so these stories were a step up from hers, but in the same realm of craziness.

YES! I am a burn survivor of over 62% of my body. I was set on fire by my husband at the time, and he then committed suicide after he thought he had successfully killed me. 3mos in a medically induced coma, hundreds of surgeries and skin grafts, and sadly, I'm still here.
