    Every recipe is unique and can't be evaluated even without trying and without understanding the various taste preference and taste culture.
    I have seen people commenting like " itni mirchi" on a Kolhapuri dishe . Or some write that "coconut milk spoils the taste" on videos of coastal recipes.
    Qualifying characteristic of a foodie is to understand and appreciate all food cultures and taste preference and appreciate it.
    People want honest, flavourful food, not some show-off meal that takes days to prepare.

    I guess you should serve it in the black plate so the contrast of the dish can be seen beautifully as you have served it with very innovative idea. Cherry tomatoes stuffed with the sauce . I like it.

    Exact time to cook is important. It will be under cooked or become rubbery if over cooked. Will try 2-3 times to get it to cook perfectly. Nice recipe though. Thanks for sharing.

    Beautiful dish. :) however boiling it in plastic wrap and foil is not good. Both are very bad for the body. Can you boil or steam it in several layers of muslin or parchment paper instead?

    Bro one small suggestion. White sauce... Looks good in black plate. Ur plate wasn't a good enough for serving also knife was too blunt.
