Exact time to cook is important. It will be under cooked or become rubbery if over cooked. Will try 2-3 times to get it to cook perfectly. Nice recipe though. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful dish. :) however boiling it in plastic wrap and foil is not good. Both are very bad for the body. Can you boil or steam it in several layers of muslin or parchment paper instead?
