Joel, I was happy to see you step into this project. I was sad to hear that Doug Aldrich had left only because he is one of my favorite guitar players. In recent years, I have found out about you and when you joined Whitesnake , I really saw what a great duo you and Reb make as well, so my heart can go on and know I have found another great guitar player in you. It would seem that you are quite the accomplished guitar player yourself so Kudos to you! Congrats on the new album and look forwarrd to finding out more of your great guitar playing. As a guitar player myself, I really appreciate great guitar players. Well done! Merry Christmas!

Always setting the bar higher than the time before. That's what I believe a band should like. And always loving Mr. Castronovo's vocals.
His voice just keeps getting stronger. I keep expecting it to fail with age. His counterparts couldn't keep their voice to his age. He is just killer. I am so confused why he's not the singer in Journey to be honest. This is like Journey on steroids to be honest. Joel Hoekstra is one of the few that can tastefully outplay Neal. And I love that they are not trying to be modern, just keeping with the AOR and using mixing techniques that sound like rock should.
Nothing against Jack and Doug because they're both amazing musicians and will always be a huge part of the Revolution Saints legacy.... but the sound is so much heavier with Joel and Jeff. What a killer, awesome, badass song! Revolution Saints fans are so privileged to get new albums in back to back years! All your fans are sending so much thanks to the Revolution Saints family for sharing their talents over the years. The big question on all of our minds though.... when will we see a Revolution Saints tour?!?!??? Can't wait for the new album!
Hi...I am not arguing in the least, but does anyone know why Doug is no longer with the band? I thought he was a great fit.
@@JJGhostHuntersI think it's because he's been super busy with The Dead Daisies. They put another new album out & have been touring all over Asia & Europe.

If you're looking for a Journey type album then this is it with Deen singing and then there's always Hugo Valentine and his release this year with Voyage. Sounding like another great album from Revolution Saints.

Too bad he turned out to be a real piece of shit in real life...
What to say about Castronovo? He is god of AOR and charisma that is rarely seen. Pilson? Foreigner, Dokken... I saw him live and for me he was and remains a legend. Del Veccio...perhaps the best composer and producer in the genre. Most masterpieces created with his signature, including this song. Innovative, strong, virtuoso. What I wanted to say, and that's the reason for this post, is that I owe a big apology to Hoekstra, who I was a little skeptical about when he joined the band, and it's living proof that even after years of listening to AOR, I can be wrong in my judgment. Fantastic solo, clean, virtuoso, dynamic. This will be another legendary album. Well done!
Deen, I met you, seems like a lifetime ago in an elevator at the Silver Legacy Reno after a gig you guys (Journey) did. Just as gracious and humble and kind as I could ever imagine.
Congrats on the new epic song, and continued success to one of the coolest cats in the biz.

The song is an emotional roller coaster ride. One of the finest rock tunes that came out this year, along with the new Trevor Rabin, Peter Gabriel, and Rolling Stone stuff. If the album is solid this will be my first Revolution Saints purchase. Hope it is more than the first single.

Arnel hasn't/never had the vocal range to sing like Perry starting too look exposed now.Deen the man and agree should be Journey No 1 Singer.
I like Deen much better with this band. He totally rocks harder and better than Arnel ever could! Arnell is great for Journey, though.

Il cambio ha portato uno stile più chiaro e di ampia sonorità. Non sono più morbidi.. é il modo e lo stile di suonare dei due chitarristi molto diversi che ha portato questo cambiamento sonoro. La stessa cosa é accaduta nei whitesnake. Adoro Doug il suo suono potente e pieno ma per questo tipo di canzoni serviva una tecnica diversa Doug molto anni 80 Evolution .. Joel invece ha una tecnica e una pulizia di suono incredibile per non parlare dell,uso del legato. 2 fantastici Guitar Hero che potrebbero suonare insieme in un incredibile supergruppo.
