Boy pipipiping looks good. Except for I like to lick all the excess out of the bowl and it'll be all wasted into that bag, I'm not sure I would try it and maybe cut the bag open and turn it inside out and lick it off the bag. I know that sounds gross, but I like all the goodies.
Just squeeze it from the bag into your mouth! (Don't ask me how I know this works... LOL)

Those deviled eggs look delicious! Perfect for Easter and spring. I never thought of putting bacon in. What a great idea. There are so many different ways people make them. I have put curry ,olives, capers, garlic -whatever Im in the mood for. I also like the idea of adding pickled jalapenos. Yum! I will try the piping technique you showed us using a plastic bag. Excellent. They look so much better that way. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us.♥️

Thank you so much Pam!! I like how you put in the mayo and mustard in the eggs before mashing them. I make egg salad more than I make deviled eggs and from know on which ever one I make I will do like you do add mayo and mustard first. They look delicious!!!

My mom always used Miracle Whip & a bit of sugar in her deviled eggs. I can only eat them if they're sweet 🙂 But, yours sure look delicious 🤤
I separate egg whites and yolks.8 get a muffin pan. Spray cups. Separate whites into half the muffin cups. Then separate blended yolks into the other half of empty muffin cups. Bake 350 for 12 mins( I think. Can’t remember, just check on it till all are firm but not over cooked.)
Once cooled place white on a plate. Mix up yolks how you like. Then pipe yolk mix onto each baked egg white!! No more peeling eggs!! You are welcome

I LOVE deviled eggs!!!
I make the deviled eggs in my family, but add toppings to the eggs, such as tiny diced celery, crumbled bacon, red onions, tiny shredded carrots, chopped olives, capers. All the different toppings makes for beautiful egg platter. I also pipe my egg salad into the egg whites. And you can’t go wrong with smoked paprika, ummm ummm ummm😋
I use my small cookie to fill the hollows works great and left overs are mixed with those chopped eggs whites that were destined to be salad sandwich 👍🏼❤️😂

When the water starts to boil turn off the heat and cover and wait 30 minutes They will be perfect I’ve done this for many years
My son just made some last night. He boils the water, adds the eggs & once they start to boil again, he turns off the heat & covers the pot & lets them sit in the boiling water for 10 mins then into an ice bath. He told me my eggs were overcooked (from Easter) & he was right LoL 😂 His were delicious 🤤
My friends and I don’t like to call them deviled eggs, we prefer angel eggs
When I make12 half of deviled eggs I add1 teaspoon of inglehoffer cream style horseradish add a little more to your taste... test before adding more, it takes the eggs to another level. I just put smoked paprika on top for garnish but i have to try this recipe ❤

Hi Chef Pam. Your hair looks so adorable!! I love me some deviled eggs. I used to be a baker/cake decorator. I use my pastry bags with a star tip to make them look extra fancy. I don't think my family cares since they eat them up however they look! 😂😂😂

Great video as usual. Keep up the great content. Think I'm going to make me some. How many minutes did you boil the eggs? Please respond. I usually start them off of them boiling water and then turn them down and I'll leave it off for about 10 minutes. Is that long enough?

I believe that deviled eggs need a shot of cayenne pepper. Even with the jalapeños. I only add the paprika as a garnish. And I really like the hotter Hungarian pepper. It is always a shock when you are at a potluck and the deviled eggs are sweet! ACK!!!!! I have not tried the bacon trick, but will seriously consider this addition now.

I just did some. My fresh eggs are usually hard to peel but I put them immediately in an ice bath and the peeled perfectly and easily! Only a couple failed out of 2 dozen! 😊

I use it 'n Tuna,Macaroni,Pea Salads, deviled eggs and egg salad s/w.I think its called s/w spread.
I like any mayonnaise but Hellman's cuz it has No Flavor.The only thing Hellman's is good 4 is rubb'g the mayo on the leaves of Ivy Plants.🔥

I always have to pick thru my eggs because it's always that thick white parts that be in the egg. Sometimes colored spots or even something looking like it's about to form. I can bring myself to boil eggs now knowing that's always in there.

Please, how do you eliminate the sulfur smell, when eggs are dressed, in fridge?
This is the reason my son won't eat deviled, or even hats boiled eggs. He loves them cooked any other way, but once they're hard boiled, they have that sulfur smell that he can't stand.

Sulfur odor is from the vinegar in the Mayo add sour cream and water combined with the Mayo

Could also use a piping bag (for frosting) with a fancy tip. Using a reusable bag saves from plastic waste. 😊

Thought I’d share, while placing things in a zipper bag, first roll the edge of the bag to make a “collar”. It’s easier to put stuff in the bag, and if you need to seal the bag, there is nothing stuck in the part that zips and does allow for a complete seal.
