This is a bit off topic from the main video but I find making maps in IA the most enjoyable thing in this game. The main gameplay of the game is too simple for an RTS so I don't find much enjoyment in playing the actual game (unless the players are actually good) so I go to the map editor and just make any map I feel like. Going into the Roblox decal section, looking for cool flags, picking colors for each nation, and molding your own world in the map editor is just so satisfying, especially when you finish your map.
If you want to keep a nation but don't want balkanization in unclaimed then you should set that nation's liberation point as N/A

If you want the Peking music (55 Days at Peking) Just type up 55 Díaz and it will come up, remember, it uses Spanish symbolic letters, so click the one with Spanish letters.
Edit: I reccomend deleting SOME or ALL nations when making medieval tribes, because if someone trolls as unclaimed and the host/you don’t find out, they can easily just spam release countries, which will make it hard to colonise, and suffer with rebellions when trying to colonise aswell.
thank you so much color duping has to be the most useful since i know most things about map making but i've always been angry at the fact 50% of the colors in each country can only be used by minitoon so now that i can color dupe croatia's color with china's just makes me so happy

i freaking hate when people use neon colors for france like lapis blue...
i usualy use storm blue or steel blue in my alternative maps like Age of Reich, also in the same map i usualy use darker colors to make a kinda "facsist" and more dooming vibe to the map!

Answers:
1. Balkanize is basically make a region have as many countries as possible (like the Balkans)
2. The borders are true, but the flag is the same. I use this trick a lot.
Colonies depend on what type of game you want to go for
I compensate UK and France's large colonial empires by giving Germany an additional city, for example

Neon colors can be useful at times. For example, I have a map based off of the Aliens franchise (old movies and video game lol) and for the Xenos faction (xenomorphs) I used neon green which gave them an alien and futuristic like feel. Great advice tho for a WW2 or 1 map cuz a bright yellow German Reich isn’t the most appealing

Best tip for a map is probably originality. Playing "WWII, Axis victory,WWI and Modern day maps gets boring quickly.

Hey Peru mind reviewing my 1918 map? I feel like it's not at its best and I need some tips since majority of the people who join it don't even last in the server.

I tried the coat of arms, and some people said it's wrong flag
It's normal. Happens to me sometimes. But just respond with saying "I like the flag way better than having it with no coat of arms". (of course it's if you prefer the style or not.

I don’t know if anyone else has had this glitch, but one of my world maps randomly became a Europe map, and does not work. Has anyone else has this glitch, or know how to fix it?
i never had that glitch, but i think its because it sometimes loads broken, i recommend just reloading it, and testing how much times it breaks, then know when to host it

If you ask why am i so upset about an easy to make map, i made alot of custom formables like napoleonic france,russian empire, roman empire, no no britain, and alot more customs for balkan countries and stuff.

using color duping you can add more darker colors, aswell like adding actual good colors, for example, i used Ethiopia's Nation Color to use it as canada.

Aswell Guinea-Bissau, Poland, and Nicaragua can work for white

wut does color duping giving you and what does this colonies lines do?
Color Duping gives you access to unique colors that are not in the original color pallet, they make the map look either more unique and fancy, or depressing and fearful.
Colony Lines are not in-game but represent separate colonial administrations, such as mandates, protectorates, internal kingdoms, etc.

Duplication of Unique Colors could make the map look smoother, less light, and sometimes "depressing" if it's the style you want.
