DG has done an excellent work for looking after Kejriwal. His party members want him gone. Kejriwal stopped taking insulin because insulin would give him a sudden drop in sugar level and may seize due to lack of energy. He adapted a different diet style which Sunita was accustomed to and well aware of, hence the mangoes bananas and sweets to maintain high level of sugars. He had come out of regular intake of insulin. DG not giving him insulin have done him a favour and hence he is lively.

There should be a credible public opinion on jail life , especially equal treatment to all inmates . Politicians and Govt. Officials , even IAS Probationers should be taken to selected jails to have a look at jail life . If they do not want to be in jail they must conduct themselves with reasonable responsibility and integrity . As long as they perform their respective duties with scruples and genuinely cooperate with the law enforcing agencies they can always enjoy a pleasant social and family life . To discourage criminality in public life people in general should openly apreciate honest people , and again openly despise the wrong doers . This way people can share the responsibility of our legal system .
